I've been to Faye a few times now. If I'm honest, before I went for the first time, I was a bit sceptical but within a few minutes of Faye beginning I was converted. Very relaxing and I felt better in body and mind afterwards. For anyone suffering from stress, anxiety, aches and pains I'd say give it a go, you will be pleasantly surprised with the results

Great to meet Faye Balme at the EBA earlier this year and then have the experience of a session of Reiki in her studio. Before my first reiki session last week, I have to admit I was a bit if a sceptic. I am a mother of 3 children aged 6 and under and a part time primary school teacher so life for me can be extremely stressful and I find it very difficult to relax. However, the minute the session started I felt an overwhelming feeling of relaxation and as the session progressed I felt I went on an emotional journey of well being and came away feeling relaxed and renewed. Faye is an amazing lady who instantly makes you feel at ease and I would happily recommend her to anyone. I will definitely be going back.
