#WOW.......Well guys , just been short listed for the #prestigious title of the #Budget #with #a #Twist #Award at Britain’s premier annual awards for independent hosts and hoteliers. nothing is definitive, but the award winners will be announced at the eviivo Awards evening on the 17th October 2017 at the Café Du Paris in London. Not too sure whether i'm gonna be available for that date, but #daaaaaaaaaaamn there is gonna be a lot of late night events happening there....

When my original booking for different accommodation had to be changed due to issues there, I was a little dubious about my stay being changed to here. Now I wish I'd just booked this guest house in the first place as I cannot in the slightest fault it. The price is amazing for what you get, the rooms have such a homely vibe to them and unlike many other places have character to them which adds to the appeal. On arrival Bash was truly attentive in showing me around the house where everything is and just where I could find everything I could need. It honestly makes such a difference having a great, inviting owner. Location wise is perfect thanks to the multitude of buses in the area so you're pretty much set. Such a lovely stay here and I'll definitely be choosing here next time I return to Sheffield!
Went beyond to make us feel at home
Stayed here whilst working in Sheffield. The owner 'Bash' is the best host I have ever met. Such a genuine and sincere guy. The rooms are very clean, cosy and very quiet. You get free milk on a daily basis and an english/Indian menu. Bash uses all fresh grown ingredients in his food and you can tell as the taste is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
Love this place...very comfortable...great food...wonderful accommodations...love the service....highly recommended.
Just stayed there for two nights. Great location for Sheffield. The price is amazing, the bed was so comfortable and Bash is an amazing guy. To be honest I could listen to Him all night. Incredible man. On top of that He is so helpful. Thank You for making my stay memorable.

Admittedly we had mixed thoughts about staying here when we first pulled up, but even though we were only there for a couple of hours before heading out, the stay was extremely pleasant... Comfy beds, breakfast in he morning, not to mention friendly and attentive staff, and they even let us stay 2 hours past the check out time so we had clear heads driving back! See ya again soon!
