Date for your diary ! Pop along on Wednesday 28th Nov to the hotel where Fretwell Beauty are hosting a pamper and shopping evening. Its free entry and on from 4pm until 8pm so perfect to pop along after work with friends.

Went for my nieces hen do, party of 14 for 1 night. Had a fantastic time from start to finish. Was made to feel very welcome, especially by Julie at the spar area.

The rooms were lovely and beds and pillows very comfortable.

The evening meal was delicious and breakfast was all you can eat so made the most of that as there was plenty to choose from.

Would highly recommend this place and will definitely go again 👍🏻

Went for my daughters hen do, all 15 of us were made very welcome , rooms, comedy night, food all very good really enjoyed ourselves Julie made us all feel really welcome in the spa and my facial was amazing, would highly recommend it and would go again x

We visited hellaby hall as part of the girls night in package. We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady who allowed us to use the facilities before we had checked in. The pool area and sauna were lovely and although the steam room was out of order it didnt affect our experience.

The lunch menu had plenty of choice and the food was beautiful. We were allowed to lunch in our robes which kept the day relaxed.

After lunch we enjoyed treatments and spent more than the allotted time in the relaxation room without being asked to leave.

The evening meal was just as lovely as the lunch and the service recieved was fantastic. The room was comfy with 2 bottles of wine, chocolates, popcorn and films included in the package.

I would highly recommend this package to all my girlfriends and look forward to visiting again!

We held our wedding reception at Hellaby in July. We cannot recommend this venue enough! The setting and decor is beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff could not do enough for us. From the first time we viewed it, right up to the day it’s self they were friendly, professional and helpful. Special thanks to Chloe for answering all my pre-wedding related questions and putting everything in place. Also Dave, our manager on the day for all his hard work. You took control of everything so that we could relax and enjoy the day. You were extremely professional and approachable. I only had to sit still for a second before he appeared to make sure I had a drink etc.

The whole day ran without a hitch and that is largely down to the amazing staff at Hellaby.

We had our wedding here on the 9th september. The staff here are a credit to this hotel. Chloe helped us with all the planning and was amazing. David went above and beyond he even helped the men tie their cravats. I have reccomended helleby hall to friends who have also booked for their weddings. We had our wedding at Hellaby Hall Hotel and everything was perfect. The setting was amazing for our photos. Chloe was a pleasure to work with and took care of every detail and Dave who was in charge on the day went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly,even to the point of adjusting my wedding dress, he went above and beyond in his duties. We can’t recommend this hotel enough , it is the perfect venue to hold your wedding.

We celebrated our sons wedding yesterday, wow what an amazing day, the staff were brilliant, the venue amazing, the service first class, the meal scrummy, the rooms lovely. A brilliant day was had by all,thank you

Stayed here on Monday 4th of June overnight with my younger sister and my cousin's, we had a relaxing nights stay, the beds are so comfy, rooms are very clean, tea,coffee & milk provided with kettle, shower cream, shampoo & conditioner in bathroom, the breakfast is delicouse from cooked to ample cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, fresh fruit juices, tea and coffee! All the staff are lovely, always smiling and very helpful, there was a lovely waitress called Wendy, she was so kind and took time to assure guests and our self's were happy with everything.

On the morning just before we checked out myself and one of my cousin's had a treatment in the spa, the girls who work in there are lovely too, a young girl called Megan did my mini facial, it was so relaxing & made my skin feel refreshed and looking radiant.

I can't speak for my family but I will return one day, thanks for making our stay a comfortable & memorable one, Gizella �

I stayed the previous evening with family and participated in the fantastic Friday deal and it was brilliant value for money. The food we ate was delicious.



From the moment we booked our wedding up to the day, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Chloe was there at anytime you needed her to answer questions and give information and always with a smile (no matter how often you asked them). James and Dave helped the day run so smoothly and gave us a fantastic experience and went above and beyond what was required to make it fantastic, even helping make my centrepieces with another staff member the night before and making the room look brilliant. The three of them, along with the rest of the staff, made the day so perfect and we couldn’t be more grateful.



The grounds are amazing, the food is brilliant and it was the best experience we could have hoped for. Thank you!

We would like to say an extra big thank to Chloe, David and my extra bridesmaid James!!, For everything you did on the lead up and the day as you were brilliant and more emotional with the little touches (button holes and the dress holding) the best men absolutely loved David and his walkie talkies. Hardly a bad word to be said. We were on a two night pamper spa package - breakfast, 3 course dinner both nights & 50mins of treatments in the spa. The staff at this hotel & spa could not have been more helpful & friendly. The food was excellent in the evening. We had afternoon tea which could have fed an Army! Even though we were a relatively small hen party; they still put up with our silliness with a smile on their faces :-)

The only drawback was the Jacuzzi is quite a low temperature.

Would highly recommend.

Excellent food. Very friendly and helpful staff in both the spa and the hotel. Julie in the spa looked after us really well. Will definitely be going back.

And then the general manager AKA Rod (think his name was Dave) was amazing, he made sure we were looked after and really made our night!! The rooms were great, the spa was lovely and our treatments were fab too. Thank you!! Cant wait to return!!!

I have just got back from the two night pamper package with my mum. We had adjoining rooms which were excellent. We had two treatments at the spa which was lovely and we had the relaxation room to ourselves for an hour after which was amazing. The meals we had were ok but the only fault I can pick at is we had the same set menu 2 nights in a row which didn’t have much choice. We had sticky toffee pudding the first night and the size of it was quite a large portion. However the second evening, we had sticky toffee pudding again but it came out as a very tiny square.

10 of us rather loud ladies stayed for a Spa overnight package celebrating a Hen Do.

The staff at Hellaby it has to be said are not your usual hotel staff by any means, it’s rare to find so many lovely friendly helpful staff members in one place.

Special shout outs to Julie, Connor, Wendy & the Hotel manager Dave.

They accommodated us fabulously well, couldn’t do enough for us & made us rowdy lot feel extremely welcome.

Hellaby Hall’s staff seems to manage with ease that very special thing that’s missing from so many nice places which is a real personal touch.

It makes it such a different experience & so much nicer.

Me and my husband attended for a spa day with treatments. The treatments were amazing and i cant fault the ladies at all they were brilliant. However no-one seems to know what was happening or tell us much information. The pool and Jacuzzi were freezing cold. Not sure how you can advertise a spa day when there's screaming kids swimming either? The pictures of the pool and spa are nothing like what we saw! It was old damp and dirty! When we went for lunch we were told we could keep our robes on, it's a good job we didnt as lunch was in the hotel and we had to walk across the grounds! When we got to have lunch we were given a menu and asked what we wanted but we had already paid as part of a package! Noone knew this! Then it took 45minutes to actually receive our food! Very poor for a 'relaxing spa day'. We have been waiting for a call from the manager since wednesday last week.
