We loved our visit over the weekend. My friend looked after our 3year olds and I stayed with my 1year old. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had food plus ice creams after. Thank you �

Visited today with 4 Kids aged 4-12! Was absolutely brilliant, great value for money, a fun time was had by all even us oldies �� definitely worth all the sweating. We'll be back.

Visited jump a couple of days ago with my lad and a friend. He absolutely loved it. A big shout out to Callie (pink hair) she was fantastic with him. Definitely will be coming back!!!!!!

Took our 18 month old today couldn't do it with one adult and him but with two of us we all had a fantastic time! Great fun for all the family. My only criticism is that it could do with a hoover! Quite a few bug clumps of dust. Regardless we will Definately be returning!

Took my niece here great experience, good atmosphere and great staff especially from Paige who went over and above for good customer service who made our bounce very welcoming, she was very friendly with myself and my niece and made our stay very enjoyable.

Such a massive park that kept me and my 4 friends very well entertained, a great work out too and so much fun for a bit of a different activity! Really good value for money too and well equipt for everything you need!

My daughter had her 6 Birthday party with you today. Everyone loved it. Lots of fresh food and unlimited squash and water. Hannah our host was great, very helpful and great with the kids. Thank you.

I just wanted to come on and thank the manager and staff of jump inflated. We had a block open jump booking for my daughters birthday ( parties were fully booked) . When we arrived we realised they were closed. Somehow time opening and closing had changed since we booked it . After explaining our reasons the managed stayed with a few staff to allow my daughter to have her birthday. We had the centre to ourselves and a few staff members . All staff were not meant to be there at that time , but they still stayed and made the effort with the kids . They went and joined in with them while they played, and then all joined in and had a game of dodge ball with them . So thank you so much for staying and allowing them to have the birthday treat and making it that little bit more special by playing games with them. A very happy birthday girl. Thanks again xxx

Something like if you bring the bottle back on your next visit perhaps money off

Then it would be helping the environment as well

Had my sons 7th birthday party at parkgate jump incflated and our party host Sabeeah was brilliant with the kids and I didn’t have to lift a finger! A big thank you to her for making Charlie’s party so easy and fun. Definitely recommend a party here, the kids loved it!

Had my son's 5th birthday a few days ago and loved it kids really enjoyed themselves and staff were always checking to make sure everything and everyone was ok

Great place to go to. All the staff were polite and friendly, especially Hannah. She goes above and beyond. 5 star

Came with my younger sister and loved it! It was fun and never boring. Callie was really helpful! Already planning to come again x

Been here a few times with my little sister but this particular time it was awesome, callie one of your members of staff was so friendly and helpful, I will be recommending to all family and friends I’m sure we will be returning!!

My Daughter loves Jump inc and we always goto Sheffield and this before it was changed. She’s been ill, today we surprised her with a visit to jump incflated! She was so excited and waited since it opened!

She was loving it but the part you jump out of down onto airbag was closed off for the whole hour... as soon as her time was up a lady came up near it. I explained to guy on the food section/tills how she’d waited a whole hour to do it,,, it was her favourite part she’d waited for. He told her to go back and have a couple of jumps.... it was extremely quiet cos kids obviously at school. Only a few on. So she went over and was promptly shouted at that she had to leave! She explained the guy on the till told her she could have a quick go as she’d waited the whole hour to have a go. She was still told no! She then said “I’m not even up there supervising” so she turned to come back off then the lady went up to supervise. I thought it was uncalled for, inconsiderate and pretty mean considering she had permission!!! She didn’t bother asking guy on til and just told her no, green band, off you go. She came off in tears. Very disappointing when one staff member has to actually be so mean to a child!!!!

One disappointed Daughter who’s waited weeks to jump from that into the air bag only to find she “wasn’t allowed”. I paid for an hour and everything should’ve been available even if it was quiet!

Spoilt the trip, we drove 42 miles to bring her to be shouted at �

She was actually recording her vlog/video for her Instagram where she’s always recommended Jump inc on her video diaries,,, and turns out it was left recording and u can clearly hear her trying to explain to the lady that the guy gave her permission... she wasn’t willing to listen and still told to go. �

Visited jump today and was a bit disappointed. Paid for unlimited slush for 5 children and all the slush machines were broken apart from the ones behind the counter... queues were too long to refill so ended up being a waste of money � staff were quite rude and not informative. One said my daughter was too small for one of the obstacles... another said she was ok to go on.. nobody seems to know what they’re doing!

We went on Sunday evening 29/07/18 family of four. It states it’s for all ages. I think it’s more for under 12’s. My two boys 11 & 14 had gone round the entire inflatable section twice in 20 minutes.

Also don’t book the last slot of the day!

The cafe area / sitting areas were really unclean and untidy rubbish littered floors, tables , seats stairs , everywhere! And the toilets .. having 2 boys it takes a lot to shock me when it comes to cleanliness but, wow it was bad.

Crash pad within the inflatable area was closed due to them ‘closing things down for the day’ or so we were informed.

Unlimited slush is great, but not when they close the cafe because ‘its the last slot of the day’ . I could go on �

It was a good day out, however, the staff didn't give us clear instruction before we went on the inflatable, the receptionist told us to just go straight through but the staff on the inflatable told us to go watch a health and safety video. Also, the staff on the park were very rude, one of the staff in particular kept following me and my girlfriend and she kept watching us, making us feel very uncomfortable and we were anable to enjoy ourselves. There also wasn't a clear sign stating that the free jump was closed. The staff also seemed very lazy as they kept sitting on the inflatable and other customers, as well as me, couldn't climb on them and enjoy our time. The band system they have is very good to know when an hour has gone, however, they didn't inform us that we had to change our band after an hour (as we booked for 2 hours). It is great fun but I feel the staff let the experience down.
