Just under 10 miles trail run through countryside in the Chesterfield borough. Beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Found some new paths to link other areas with 👍 Running has certainly become alot more interesting. The Chesterfield O.S map is going to get some work over the coming months and years 😎 Got to do it, to see it 👍

Wow ......just done 10k in 39.29 !!!! First time under 40 minutes 😎 Conditions were good, terrain flat and my dad riding alongside me on his bike motivating each other....but still had to do it 👍 All after a weekend of walking the brecon beacons and travel home!!
Bring on whatever 2019 fitness goals /challenges can bring!

Wow , what a couple of weeks. First time in 9 1/2 years since my honeymoon have I had 2 weeks off on the trot.....it's been Awsome!
Walked just over 105 miles and done a 35 miles bike ride in Lanzarote, discovering new places and areas you would never knew existed 👍
... Second week consisted of being here in the UK and walking just over 80 miles around surrounding areas of Chesterfield, the peak district and the very stunning brecon beacons,where the 4 highest points in south Wales have been achieved,enjoyed and all the stunning views taken in. 👍
Mind , body and soul have been cleansed, re motivated and generally been given a big hug 😎
Back to work Tuesday 8th January, with a new vigour and purpose for life!
Got to do it, to see it , absorb it and enjoy it.
Happy 2019 to everyone and here's to a happy and healthy 2019 😎

Just off to do a 7 1/2 mile Hardwick walk to recover the legs after the 3 peaks challenge 👍 That Hardwick hill will look like a flat today 😂

Wow , did one of my bucket list this weekend! 3 national peaks! ! It was an Awsome effort by everybody. Fitness, health and conditioning, enables you to enjoy the challenge ahead, take on the challenge ahead, adapt to the challenge ahead and recover quicker from the challenge. People on this challenge were all at different levels, but that didn't matter , because what matters the most is.....heart! You have to have that under your chest to achieve anything. ... It cannot be trained or bought, you have to have the natural instinct. Great bunch of people to achieve the aim today, all showed grit, determination and above all else. ....heart!
Can't wait for the next set of challenges 😎

At a later date I damaged my back at work and as a result at the time I was struggling to get around and work, Happy with the work Richard did on me after a car accident I booked in private to let him take care of my back, after 6 weeks I was back at the gym. Can't recommend him enough !!!
