We provided an... engineer to site to investigate the issue and were then able to advise on a repair cost. Which, in the eyes of the customer was less hassle and actually less costly than sending it back. The plotter was removed to our workshop where we carried out the work, and returned it on completion. Canon iPF750 enquiry came in this week. The printer was producing poor quality and making a 'Clunking' noise as it printed. Investigation highlighted the Purge Assembly was made up with hardened ink and was not operating correctly.
