Myself, a friend , my daughter and her friend had a lovley afternoon at the spa .. Great friendly staff. Followed with a cuppa tea in the bar. Highly recommended.

Me and my friend cam on Tues for a spa day we had a shoulder neck and back massage by the lovely jade it was my first massage and I had a l9vely early birthday treat would highly recommend and the Jacuzzi is lovely too xx

I've been to lots of gyms/health clubs but this one will always be my favourite, the staff are really friendly, and the facilities are great, it feels a like a treat to go rather than a chore �

I just wanted to praise the staff at the health club today. I kicked the bank holiday off with some 'me time' and a superfood facial massage & I can honestly say it's the best facial ever. I was that relaxed I even fell asleep! I highly recommend this treatment and this place. I am a lucky it's on my doorstep! My skin looks and feels boosted with goodness & I can't thank you enough. I will be back I'm sure. Thanks again!! X

Staff are very friendly.

Sauna steam and jacuzzi these Seem to take it in turns at not working or not even switched on !!

Sometimes it does smell like urine in the changing rooms!!

Decent gym with good weighs and machines. I just wish it was 24/7 :)

this month 3 days without hot water, 2 days no steam room, 5 days no towels but they still charging us the full amount,



All the members are saying that it used to be clean but is not anymore!



Two of the ladies that work there have no manners and don't know how to approach you.



If you have kids and you are thinking about adding them to your membership my honest advice is not to do it.



You will get much better value for your money somewhere else.



Very unpleasant experience

Once again a Livingwell Sheffield staff member has managed to alienate a whole community creating a feeling of distress and victimisation.

If you are busy expect people to leave a little late (no more than 10 minutes today) especially if all the showers aren't functioning with missing doors and broken showers.

Lack of changing cubicles available (only 2) especially for children will obviously result in delays. Focus your energy addressing the cleanliness and maintenance issues not deliberately antagonising patrons because of underlying prejudice.

Standing at the exit door and DEMANDING membership cards from patrons is NOT the solution.
