As we near the end of term, we want to say a huge thank you to Gillian and Ruth who are handing on the Monday Maresfield baby and Toddler group in September. Thank you for all that you've done and the many families that you've supported in this work over the years. We look forward to the continued success of the group which starts again 9:30am 10th September.

Hi everyone - it's nearly the Maresfield Fete, this Monday at midday. Two ways the church is helping for you to consider please - 1) Sunday afternoon after church (from 2pm) the church is sending a team to help the fete team set up the many tents / gazebos for the next day. 2) Please make some tray bakes / cakes for sale at the church stall. Just drop any off on the day or before the fete officially opens at 12. See you there!

We're looking forward to Bishop Richard joining us on Tuesday 15th May at 11am, but we're hosting a prayer space from 9am - 12pm in the centre of Maresfield either side of his visit. You won't miss the prayer space - it's the Double Decker London Bus! Just drop in at any time or at 11am as we join together with Bishop Richard.

Better late than never! Thanks to all those involved in our Women's World Day of Prayer service today - it was great to learn about the women of Suriname and to commit to each doing one small action that will benefit God's great creation.

We've been learning in Sunday School about the Garden of Eden (which seemed like a good excuse to talk about the Resurrection Garden and make a yummy biscuit craft to go with it!) This Sunday is our all-age service at 11.15 - no biscuit crafts (though plenty of biccies and coffee after the service), but we will be thinking about how to keep our spiritual batteries charged! Hope you can join us.

Welcome 2018! This Sunday we're back to normal services after Christmas with an 8am Communion and an 11:15 all-age service where we'll be thinking about the visit of the wise men. Hope you can join us.

We're lighting the Maresfield village tree this Saturday from 6pm - the centre of the village will be closed to traffic and there will be carols, a visit from Father Christmas, mulled wine, hot chocolate and mince pies. Hope you and all you family can join us!
