Went here yesterday for the very first time and I loved it. Very bright, clean and plenty of shops and food to choose from.

Also bumped into an armed police officer who was so lovely and even posed for a picture with me. My friends all thought he was gorgeous (Me included )

Keep up the brilliant work. I'll be back soon

Thank you to the staff in the food hall who found me a seat with my Guide Dog in Training on a very busy half term day (Thursday last week)

User

Many thanks to Julie on customer services, when I was trying to contact a brand within your malls and she passed on my details. Everything resolved now. Thank you

I want to thank Sian from the Vans store at Meadowhall. She did an amazing job at assisting me with an online collection & return (through collect+ which proved to be a bit of a faff). She went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my experience at the store, she took the time to answer my many questions and had the ultimate patience in helping me choose my Vans. Sian then went to box and label my returns for me ready to return!

It was greatly appreciated and saved me a lot hassle, thank you Sian!

I have been in Meadowhall today with my 2yr old daughter. I was in the oasis and my daughter was sick while sat in her pram which went all over her clothes and all over the pram, 3 of the cleaning staff came to help me clean her up and even went into a shop to get me some new clothes for her to wear!

I don’t know what their names were but they were extremely helpful and I just wanted to say a massive thank you!!

User

Was round your shopping centre today with my baby girl, I lost her small teddy that she loves its a little white elephant comforter with pink polka dot ears from Clintons. I have one sad baby girl please if anyone saw it there please contact me!

Please help! I've been to Meadowhall today and my son has lost his favourite toy dinosaur. It's a plastic, 5 inch tall brachiosaurous. Unfortunately it's from Toys r us which has now closed down so I can't replace it. I think it was left on the seats outside HMV or on the way to the car park near Argos. If you have seen it could you hand it in to customer services or let me know. I can't find a picture to show which it is but my son is very upset and my sanity is going from him saying brachiosaurous every second!! Thanks

User

Meadowhall is a really great place to shop apart from when it’s Christmas or Halloween. The best day to shop would probably be Friday because people are tired because of the week. My only complaint is the shoes. The staff are not helpful in getting the shoes that fit your feet for men AND women. For example jd sports.

User

Just wanted to thank one of the staff in the Oasis today. His name was Ross and was so helpful. My client who I was supporting knocked his drink over. Ross came over and cleaned it up and also fetched him another drink free of charge. Very pleasent member of staff

User

Good place with a large selection of stores to shop in but parking is an issue. If you forget where you parked you have to go round the whole shopping centre to reach your vehicle depending on where you left it at.

User

This is the 2nd time ive had to comment on the soft play area outside M&S. I have seen adults go in the play area with shoes on, ive seen kids with shoes on and yet the staff desk near by do not care to monitor this. There is not notice up either. Then comes the staff at the end with his shoes on enters the play area to pick up the soft blocks, the play area mats are dirty..the soft blocks are dirty and i doubt they are regularly sanitised. Come on Meadowhall we expect absolute Quality and nothing less. Kids cough sneeze pee and dribble on these soft mats and blocks... can you please begin to provide a safe and clean monitored play area.

User

The accessibility desk at the centre is downstairs outside M&S. Why on earth are there only two seats to sit on - enough for only six people at a push? There is room for plenty more benches along the wall opposite the desk. Make your customers lives easier and the centre a place we want to take our less mobile friends and family please!

Popped into Clinton’s Cards with my friend so she could buy a birthday card for a family member, we were asked as soon as we walked in by a male staff member if we needed any help and we politely declined, he acknowledged and walked away.

Two minutes later on the next aisle, the same staff member approached us and asked us if we needed assistance. Again we declined, a little confused as to why he’d bother asking, we passed comment to each other that he may have forgotten that he’d just spoken to us. (Baring in mind the store was empty, I thought it was odd that there were staff members just stood in the store as if they were waiting for something?)

I soon wandered away from my friend and spotted the Yankee Candles, which I browsed to pass the time (with no intentions to make any purchase) and had a sniff of the Pink Sands and Turquoise Sky...

I sensed someone to the right of me and looked over my shoulder; Behold! HE WAS BACK AGAIN! This time he wasn’t going away. Let me tell you, he tried to give me a full on crash course on how to smell candles “the right way” and how to get my moneys worth on their deals. This guy was like the Terry Tibbs of Clinton’s. I ended up having to tell him “Mate, I’m not interested in buying any of this” but he still persisted. My friend had appeared next to me by this point and was giggling at how insane the situation was.

I had to leave the shop, I’ve never in my life had someone try to hard sell the smell of fresh cotton to me. It was like walking into a car showroom and being hounded by a sales exec. I didn’t even think about my friend who was waiting at the till, I worried when I left that she’d end up leaving with the card that she wanted + a giant Me 2 U teddy bear she’d gained through a high pressure sale

Someone sort the bloke out!

User

When are you going to get benches at the tram stop? It’s so awful when your feet are crippled and you have to stand to wait 20 minutes for your tram...yes there are seats inside but they are out of view of true tram platform so you sit there and most likely miss your tram because there is no announcement when it’s there. Please sort this. There’s SO much room for seats on the platform

User

Very disappointed that Meadowhall are promoting a ladies night and wish to encourage ladies into the shopping centre however the experiences they have put on are limited and therefore are only available to a few ladies on the night! Not very inclusive and apparently done on a first come first served basis. I for one find this practice quite poor considering that they wish to encourage ladies into the shopping centre!

User

Shocking I was told to leave medowhall because I had my hood up I explained why and then got booted out because I wouldn’t take it down very rude and asulted me and kept pushing me. Who do the security guards think they are ?

User

Regis hair salon,

Wanted to get my hair cut, waited for 10 mins to speak to the lady working there. I wasn't even acknowledged and a woman was served before me. I can think it was because I was male that she would not even acknowledge or talk to me. Sexaul Discrimination. Disgusted by the customer service.

User

Pathetic that you have stopped using carrier bags with England Flags on following customer complaints. This is England you idiots !!. We should be proud of who we are !
