Went with friends from work on a spa package. Absolute bargain at 98.00 each overnight stay and 2 spa treatments .My treatment was with molly it was fab and relaxing and professionally done.Meals were included and a great choiceto pick from. Especially loved our lunch and breakfast Mohammed served us and was a pleasure to chat to made us feel so welcome. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Will be back again.

We stayed in this hotel on Saturday night as part of the wedding.

It’s a very nice place, we had a comfortable, spacious room.



Wedding breakfast and evening buffet were of a very good quality, service was fast and friendly, lots of choices for breakfast in the morning.

We also used the swimming pool and sauna / steam room, lovely facilities.



Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you

Warm welcome the staff could not do enough. The lunch dinner and breakfast were all very good. Mohamed the waiter is an exceptional member of staff an an asset to the hotel and company. The spa staff were very friendly and professional some of the best treatments I have ever had at any spa and I have been to many. It was not to packed or busy plenty of space in steam room and sauna would certainly recommend

There was a nice warm welcoming at reception on arrival, the food was lovely, restaurant had a nice feel to it, the viq room was lovely big bathroom cosy feel to the sitting and bedroom, next day we had spa treatments made to feel very comfortable, we had 2 lovely girls called lauren and Molly who were amazing with their treatments and made it all a pleasant experience.

Second stay at the hotel and spa. No complaints at all, all hotel and spa staff are nice and helpful, room nice and clean, lovely food. Wound 100% stay again and recommend

My husband and I had a spa weekend here to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday. The spa was very relaxing with all staff being very friendly and welcoming.

Our treatments with Viroshini and Rebecca were excellent! Both very professional and made us both feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Chose the VIQ room, bed is one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Meal in restaurant at night was delicious. Second time we’ve stayed. Definitely will go back again

The staff was so friendly and welcoming ecspecially yesterday evening, we had a lovely girl called Morgan and a trainee from Greece who served our food and drinks. The food was amazing. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning. Thank you.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our wedding. The staff were fantastic from day one at making sure everything ran smoothly and that we were able to enjoy our day stress free! Just wish we could do it all again! Thank you! x

Came for a spa weekend with my big sister x the rooms were clean and spacious. The Spa was amazing at one point only me and my sister in there. The treatment was the best I have had, brilliant back massage and facial. The toe painting wasn't the best but hey didn't effect the two days. The food is really good and very cost effective . It's not the biggest spa and shame they don't have a quiet dark room for after treatments which other places have but I'd DEFINITELY come again

Booked in for an overnight spa break and everything was fab! Decided to go for an ESPA back massage and facial and it was so good, I've never had a spa treatment before so didn't know what to expect but I honestly feel like I have a new back. My therapist (Molly) might have looked tiny but she was a lot stronger than she looked � amazing service and would definitely recommend her!

I came to the spa for a spa afternoon, didn't have a treatment, it's relaxing however would be better if the chairs round the pool were lounging chairs rather that normal chairs, it is very bright also. Would be more relaxing with lower wattage lights. But overall lovely afternoon.

Had dinner which was superb and reasonably priced however drinks at bar very expensive..bottle of wine averaged at £35...only had one standard bottle of prosecco which was exceptionally sweet at £35...next choice was £70...poor lack of choice...very unfortunate especially at Xmas. Also bar staff...i use the term loosely had very little or no knowledge of drinks...wine types and whether dry or sweet which I found staggering considering cost of same...i would have expected a lot more...also they were not the most hospitable.....although one member of staff warmed to us as the night progressed. Overall a nice experience but this side of business let the hotel down.

We had our wedding here last week, although it was a lovely day we did ask for the evening buffet to be changed 3 weeks before our wedding to be told it was okay then on the actual day it was what we was originally supposed to have which was awful! We had our taster before our wedding which was beautiful but the food on the day was awful, soup was like a bowl of grit, the chicken was very rubbery. The only good thing about the meal was the sticky toffee pudding. We were also told if we provided cake boxes which we did the cake would be cut up for us, when my mum and sister in law asked about it being cut up the staff were very rude towards them, which meant us cutting it ourself. Paid a lot of money for our wedding too which was very disheartening

Staff were friendly but we felt rushed on arrival...fill thus firm in..given towels and robes and lunch ticket that quick. No offer of drink or told where and what could have.

The treatment however was excellent. Back and leg massage. Missed afterwards having opportunity to lie somewhere else and relax.

The pool, sauna and steam room were ok but a little crowded at times . Think they are trying to get too many bookings in on one day.

The lunch however was excellent but having to walk through all areas of hotel, bar and reception to get to it in your robes was not the best experience.. could have been better in a room closer to spa.



Overall enjoyed the day but it's the little touches that make it more relaxed.

Spa was ok. Dirty in changing rooms. Staff not overly bothered/helpful. Tried 3 times to book spa treatments through Facebook/email/phone. When we got there told no treatment spaces until 4pm (we were there at 9am!)



Spa was quiet when we got there. Then got over busy and noisy. Including a lady who wanted to put a hair mask on in the changing room shower then go and sit in the jacuzzi.... meanwhile leaving product all over the shower handle and the empty packet on the floor. Floor was wet and dirty in the changing rooms. Was an ok couple of hours but left feeling slightly disappointed. 😢

Went as a one off treat. Spa staff are not overly helpful . Asked regarding treatment to be told we are busy! Elderly gentleman entered the spa could not mobilise around the spa. Took customers to help him whilst spa staff stood in reception. Not really the chilling day people went for.

Got home and my body was burning only to find out i was having a reaction to the high chlorine content. Had to attend my Gp for steroid creams. I highly doubt i would visit again.

We were given our towels and as we were walking away towards the spa facilities were then told it was broken. A bit late to ask for an alternative date by then. We only stayed in there 60 minutes most of which we just sat at the side of the pool and chatted (we could have done this at home) then left as we were bored. A waste of money for us I’m afraid
