Just to say that Paul, in the bakery section is an absolute star. He has gone out his way to be helpful. Brilliant customer service.

waited 30 mins for breakfast, the coffee we got was warm not hot. saw several people ask for their money back and left as they had been waiting longer and somebody returned their bacon sarnies because they were cold and dry. The staff looked bored and uninterested.



However, our breakfast was hot and nice when it arrived which was a relief.

Lovely display of baby GIRL clothes but as always very poor choice for boys !

I think it a joke being refused to buy a bottle of lucozade at the age of 36 in the petrol station . I will be putting a complain in it was at 8 tonight
