So yesterday was a distressing day..... Me and my kids were in a car crash so the police took us to your rotherham store where we were left with 2 suitcases and bags and carseat..... As you can imagine my head was all over the place.... We sat in the cafe and i just wanted to inform customer services so they didn't think we were crazy..... We were just waiting for our friends to pick us up.... So as one of your employees found out what had happened she rushed to our side and got my children drinks and a drink for me to help me calm down..... Such a star she was..... And the security was disappointed when we were leaving as he wanted a drink with us..... May I just say what an amazing store and staff the rotherham store is.... Thankyou from the bottom of my heart... May not mean much to someone but to me it ment so much
