We are very excited to announce that from August 2018 ALL of Laura Warner's Yoga Relax and Revive classes will be 15 minutes longer meaning they will be 1 hour long!
It is important that you take time for yourself and Yoga Relax and Revive is the perfect class to do so!!
... New class times are as follows: ▪️ Tuesday - 9.30am - 10.30am ▪️ Thursday - 7.30pm - 8.30pm ▪️ Sunday - 5.00pm - 6.00pm

Yoga Relax and Revive gently stretches and strengthens whilst relaxing both the body and mind. This class is the perfect class for all ages and abilities and really compliments other forms of exercise, both physically and mentally.

***PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY***
MPA students have the opportunity to perform at Coquetfest on: Saturday 18th August, Sunday 19th August ... or both days!
Coquetfest is a music festival by the beach suitable for the whole family, there is also the opportunity for families to camp over the weekend to enjoy the full experience of Coquetfest!
We are hoping to hold a meeting at the end of July to confirm all the finer details of the weekend, please let us know what day/s students would like to perform!

We are very excited to announce that we are a Children's University recognised venue and that we are now able to offer MPA students the opportunity to be a part of the Children’s University!
The Children's University is a national programme which recognises and rewards young people aged 5-14 years old for their involvement in activities outside of a normal school day at venues that are recognised by the Children's University...this includes any MPA dance classes or events!!
All students will be receiving more information regarding the Children's University in upcoming classes.

We have arranged another clothes and shoes collection with BAG2SCHOOL in order to raise funds for studio improvements!!
Make sure to grab a bag the next time you are at the studio!!
... Please hand any bags in to reception, they can be filled with unwanted adults and childrens clothes, shoes, hats, belts, handbags and soft toys.
All donations will be greatly appreciated and will be being collected from MPA on Thursday 19th July!

It is FINALLY time that we let you in on the secret we have been keeping over the past couple of months!

What amazing centre!! Loads going on from birth plus!! We visited the centre this morning for Music with Mummy & soft play ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a amazing dance school. I was at a show yesterday at the Blyth regatta and half way through a dance number there was a power cut. I couldn't believe the professionalism these dancers showed. They carried on without music. The crowd then cheered and clapped a beat until the number finished. Fantastic group of dancers. Well done xxxx

The best dance and fitness teachers you could ask for. A really friendly and fun atmosphere. Couldn't recommend MPA highly enough.

My oldest daughter started this dancing school at the age of 3. She loved it from the start and continues to do so three years on.



It goes beyond just attending a dance class- there is a sense of care and understanding of everyone as an individual.



My youngest daughter started aged 2 years and 9 months. At 3 years and 2 months she was part of a fantastic show at Whitley Bay Playhouse. She has blossomed and grown in confidence. She often a says that Jame (Jayne, her dance teacher) is her best friend!

My daughter started dancing with Jayne in her 2nd week of starting the dance school all those years ago at bcc when she was 4 . 13 years on she is not only still dancing she is a student dance teacher and loves every minute of it xx

My daughter has been coming here since she was 2 and a half she started a very shy little girl her confidence and dance ability has grown so much the teachers are fantastic with the children she loves going every week and comes out full of smiles great dance school

My 8 year old daughter Jorja has had an amazing week with MPA doing Shrek the musical. Fab venue, fab staff and fab kids. Would definitely recommend MPA to others x

I'm usually terrified of fitness classes but I felt totally at ease. The pound class was amazing. Booked myself in to do it next week✌�️

I took My daughter Isobel (17 months) to star steppers for her first dance class this morning and it was amazing, she enjoyed every minute of it & the teacher is great and very friendly, cannot wait to come back next Wednesday � thank you Milly performance academy �

I take my 7 year old every week and she always comes out smiling. I couldnt fault mpa in any way at all. They are all excellent with the kids they teach wouldnt go anywhere else
