Absolutely joke of a company, would NOT recommend anyone to live there under any circumstances. i would rather buy a luxury tent and sleep on the street, than living in their accommodation. extremely poor organised at dealing with problems, shitty customer service ,more and more. Besides, it took them 2 bloody months to reply the email and sent me some bullshit, 5 points to Omnia.

Useless...don't return messages or ever fix problems. Avoid at all costs. Wish I could give them zero but one is the lowest score.

So I like my apartment, it's a bit rough around the edges but it's fine. What I cannot deal with is the fact that my bed is screwed to the wall but leaves a slight gap. Of course my phone fell down that gap. Now I have been made to pay for a contractor to come out and sort this issue out. I had been told I had to pay otherwise I simply would not have my phone retrieved. It is an actual joke that they did not put the bed in place properly and now I have to pay for that mistake. Would not recommend to anyone.

Rented flat from them.Everything was ok untilove out..

When moved in finds some holes in the wall. Phone them and tell about that.The lady who I am spoke tell me that she knows about that.When move out they charge me for the repair those holes....

When ask them why they charge me for the things which was already, they just told that holes is not on the move in report.So this is not professional and they just doing money from the peoples.I am sure that they charge the tenants who leaves in this flat before me and probably will charge those who will leave after me for the same thing...

Omnia space is completely unprofessional...do not try to book especially if you are looking for short term let!! They will lie to you about the contracts in order to book the room and then you are going to be charged extra money...be careful with the contracts they start from 45 weeks don't believe anything else they tell you!!

Fifth time this year, we've just had the alarms go off for about an hour with no staff etc. doing anything about it.. Its 5 in the morning.



Don't expect any help, any maintenance, or pretty much anything. I've contacted them dozens of times, and while a normal accommodation would sort an issue out within a couple of days... Omnia show up about a week later and usually fail to do anything.



Strongly advise to look somewhere else.
