Superb quality and speedy delivery. I will be buying more pans in different sizes.

I been using this company for 5 years and bought almost all the range of paella dishes and burners and paella rice and saffron I never had any problems with delivery

Worst Paella pan conpany Ive ever had the bad luck to deal with.

10 pans were ordered and paid.

I called to confirm delivery date because we are in NI and the pans were needed for an event.

Not only the pans didn't arrive on time AT ALL, but no one answered the phones for days (we haven't been able to have an actual conversation with anyone working at Paella Word since the time they confirmed delivery date), I left three messages and waited as instructed by the answering machine, for someone to contact me.

Nothing.

Finally, dauys later nd after the event the pans were supposed to be for, the parcel was left at a shop down the road; no attemp was made to try and contact us, no information was provided regarding any of this.

I would recommend to buy anything from them. Really deficient customer service, no internal communication and a lot of "it wasnt me, the courier ate my homework".

Avoid.

Polite customer service when you can get hold of them. DO NOT PAY FOR DELIVERY as it is terrible, took a day off as I paid for next day delivery and only half turned up. The rest now won't get here till Monday which I will miss again because I am at work. Delivery company didn't read the 'leave with neighbour' instruction. Box also arrived ripped and totally open 1 side. Very poor considering the price.
