Best taxi Ferm around. Office staff are really helpful and a great bunch of drivers.

Always book by their app, its so easy and always here on time, you can even see where the driver is when hes on his way too so u know just how long youve got till hes at your door! The drivers are sound as hell too! Very talkative with amazing banter! Had a few drivers several times, one in his own car which was kept spotless, one in pheonix's hybrid cars and one with disability access,, doesnt matter what driver you get the car and driver are always spot on Awesome taxi service and wouldnt use anyone else!!

Usually we have had great service from Phoenix but last night we did not. I had paid £30 deposit for a return journey costing £60 for 12 people. The taxi driver demanded the £30 owed before we even set off, not giving us a chance to collect the money in before we set off. I felt as if we were deemed untrustworthy by him. On the return journey he seemed annoyed that not all of our party got on the coach at once. We were on time and it didnt take us long to get on the coach but he stated people were taking too long to board the coach. And he did not seem willing to drop us off at our homes. We did have a generous tip for the taxi driver which has gone into a charity fund rather than to your company. I have used Phoenix a lot recently but will look to use another company now I feel you dont trust us to pay.

What has happend to phoenix taxis? I use them all the time but tonight I booked one from the sports club and the driver took me instead of plessy road but down p l road and around broadway circle adding an extra £1 to the jouney. He said he was using sat nav bullshit so its up to u lot stop using phoenix try union instead

Totally shit, when ordered late hours last night/early hours this morning after me and my fiancee went out to do some late night shopping, was told taxi would be there in 15 mins, we were waiting out in the cold for 40-45 mins, my fiancee has bad joints and being left stood in the cold that long didn't help. Then to top it all off the taxi driver was a dick, trying to get my fiancee, who was in a lot of pain, into the taxi and he turns round and says "Are you not helping me like?" with a disgusting attitude. Phoenix need to buck their ideas up, pity it's too late for me and my fiancee, we're never using Phoenix again.

Tell you they'll have a taxi for a time and when it's late they'll say it will be an extra hour!! If you need a taxi go to crown, cheap friendly and reliable none of this Awww sorry is an hours time alright. No not really

Ordered a 6 seater last night from cramlington village to blyth received the text message to say my taxi was on its way and then another to say it was outside went out side and the taxi driver denied it was booked for my name even tho i could see the name and the pick up place on his screen in the taxi the ignorant Bastard then put the window up and drove off with an empty taxi after approaching another Phoenix taxi driver and asking him to see if he could find out why the taxi drove off the office then told me there was no taxis for over an hour even tho the lasses next to us got a 6 seater pretty much straight away then the taxi that was booked in my name appeared again after being away approximately 10 Minutes and decided to get out of his car and have full on conversation with his pals outside of weather spoons this is not the first time this has happened with your company absolutely disgusting got to say the woman on the phone was very polite and helpful and applogetic but the other gobby cow in the background had plenty to say safe to say I will not be using Phoenix taxis again anytime soon

One of your taxi drivers has just followed me home into Amble, parked up behind me and took my photo. Why? Because apparently I "deliberately" sped up to prevent him overtaking, and he was supposedly "in a rush". His parting shot was, "Just wait and see what happens now." Clearly he wasn't in so much of a "rush" that he didn't have time to follow, harass and threaten me.



Absolutely deplorable behaviour from a supposedly "professional" driver. I expect a full apology, or I shall report the matter to your licensing office, and report your driver to the police for harassment. You, as the operator, are fully responsible for the actions of your drivers.



You should also take note that any escalation as per his threat will likewise be reported to the police.

I use them all the time but Saturday night I was left in cramlington when are taxi didn't turn up rang the office to ask where the taxi was as we had received a text saying the taxi was on its way the office to turn around and say the best we could do wouod be an hour not happy at all couldn't believe that this service was provided

Extremely disappointed in this taxi firm tonight. I have used this company many times over the past few weeks from Blyth to Wideopen as they have always allowed my small dog in their cars, whom I might add sits on my knee at all times. Unfortunately tonight I booked a taxi for me & my dog at 8.09 & after waiting a long time for it to turn up I received a text to say it was on the way. Then at 20 to 9 I got a phone call to say I couldn't have a taxi as the driver refused the job because of my dog. So I presume Pheonix taxi's only had one driver in tonight then eh. I will say that all the drivers I've had up until tonight have been very friendly but after the attitude of both the operator & arsehole of a driver tonight I WILL NOT be using them again.

Disgusting service rang for a taxi 3 times 1st wasn't put through the system correctly the second time was a different lady who said it would be 10 mins the third time another lady who said there is no chance the taxi will be there after waiting 45 mins in total on a taxi that was meant to be here within 15 mins .......

Customer service is despicable. Cab driver sped off in a strop before we had even exited the cab. Yes there was 5 of us and understand he couldnt take us ( bearing in mind 3 of the passengers were very small children) but! My eldest who is 5 wasnt even properly out of the cab and he didnt allow us to get out belongings out of the boot hence no keys to get in our house so we had 3 very distressed children late at night walking home and we had to break into our own home. When calling to complain i was told they dont accept complaints over the phone. I have nwver felt as angry and distressed ever. Will NEVER use this firm again!!!!!!!

Booked an 8 seater 2 weeks ago for 4 adults/4 kids to go a 2 mile journey home from a wedding and they cancelled it 36 mins before pick up! When I called to chase the taxi I was given "we cancelled it but we can collect you at 12:30" an hour later than planned, no thanks will never use Phoenix again. How any company can cancel a pre booked taxi with no justification and leave people stranded on the streets after midnight is not a company that I ever want to deal with again

Booked a week in advance for daughters wedding, rang two days before just to check. Had no booking!!!! Made second booking, arrived ten minutes late, drove slowly , stopped for petrol. Stank of B:O, drove up a curb whilst going around a roundabout !!! Didn't know where venue was even tho I gave him postcode, got lost!!! I had to get google maps on my phone. Arrived just before the bride!! Utter fiasco return not much better 45 mins late, never use again and will make sure I tell everyone not to use these jokers

We rang them and they said we hadn't been outside so the taxi had left, even though we rang before 11:30pm, the time our taxi was booked. Now we are left stood outside freezing waiting an hour for a taxi. Never use Phoenix.

Booked a taxi 2weeks in advance to go to my niece's wedding, confirmed the booking and the details of the pick up and drop off address 2 days before the event for a 10 seater mini bus, ended up with a car and a 8 seater van that arrived late so just made it to the church on time. After being dropped offvthe driver contacted the office and again confirmed out pick up and drop off for after the reception.

The return taxi was sent back to the church at midnight to collect us and they sat and waited for 30 mins in case we were hiding behind the headstones. While we stood ahalf mile away wondering what the hell was going on.

It was well after 1am when It was alsorted out.

Don't think we'll be using you again fot functions.....

After booking with phoenix on many occasion and receiving a set fare for multiple drop offs, to be told this time "we don't provide set prices for more than one drop off it must have been a mistake" I was very very disappointed, particularly as you have done it one 8 different occasions this year. I have been able to get a set fare for my requirements which is great. Won't be using you again

The phone had been accessed and all my personal information and messages had been viewed. I'm a regular customer use them nearly every day to get back and forth places. I can safely say I will definitely not be using them again.

I had a party of 9 (including elderly people) standing in the cold and was repeatedly told they didn't know what was going on and it the lack of response from driver must mean he was on his way - about 5 calls later I was told that the driver in question was actually not on shift and they didn't have anyone else. No apologies, no further explanation and having paid in advance no discount even (and an Uber fare on top). Will never use them again! What a joke.

I use them all the time but tonight I booked one from the sports club and the driver took me instead of plessy road but down p l road and around broadway circle adding an extra £1 to the jouney. Totally shit, when ordered late hours last night/early hours this morning after me and my fiancee went out to do some late night shopping, was told taxi would be there in 15 mins, we were waiting out in the cold for 40-45 mins, my fiancee has bad joints and being left stood in the cold that long didn't help. Then to top it all off the taxi driver was a dick, trying to get my fiancee, who was in a lot of pain, into the taxi and he turns round and says "Are you not helping me like?" with a disgusting attitude. Phoenix need to buck their ideas up, pity it's too late for me and my fiancee, we're never using Phoenix again.

Tell you they'll have a taxi for a time and when it's late they'll say it will be an extra hour!! If you need a taxi go to crown, cheap friendly and reliable none of this Awww sorry is an hours time alright. No not really

Ordered a 6 seater last night from cramlington village to blyth received the text message to say my taxi was on its way and then another to say it was outside went out side and the taxi driver denied it was booked for my name even tho i could see the name and the pick up place on his screen in the taxi the ignorant Bastard then put the window up and drove off with an empty taxi after approaching another Phoenix taxi driver and asking him to see if he could find out why the taxi drove off the office then told me there was no taxis for over an hour even tho the lasses next to us got a 6 seater pretty much straight away then the taxi that was booked in my name appeared again after being away approximately 10 Minutes and decided to get out of his car and have full on conversation with his pals outside of weather spoons this is not the first time this has happened with your company absolutely disgusting got to say the woman on the phone was very polite and helpful and applogetic but the other gobby cow in the background had plenty to say safe to say I will not be using Phoenix taxis again anytime soon

One of your taxi drivers has just followed me home into Amble, parked up behind me and took my photo. Why? Because apparently I "deliberately" sped up to prevent him overtaking, and he was supposedly "in a rush". His parting shot was, "Just wait and see what happens now." Clearly he wasn't in so much of a "rush" that he didn't have time to follow, harass and threaten me.



Absolutely deplorable behaviour from a supposedly "professional" driver. I expect a full apology, or I shall report the matter to your licensing office, and report your driver to the police for harassment. You, as the operator, are fully responsible for the actions of your drivers.



You should also take note that any escalation as per his threat will likewise be reported to the police.

I use them all the time but Saturday night I was left in cramlington when are taxi didn't turn up rang the office to ask where the taxi was as we had received a text saying the taxi was on its way the office to turn around and say the best we could do wouod be an hour not happy at all couldn't believe that this service was provided

I have used this company many times over the past few weeks from Blyth to Wideopen as they have always allowed my small dog in their cars, whom I might add sits on my knee at all times. Unfortunately tonight I booked a taxi for me & my dog at 8.09 & after waiting a long time for it to turn up I received a text to say it was on the way. Then at 20 to 9 I got a phone call to say I couldn't have a taxi as the driver refused the job because of my dog. So I presume Pheonix taxi's only had one driver in tonight then eh. I will say that all the drivers I've had up until tonight have been very friendly but after the attitude of both the operator & arsehole of a driver tonight I WILL NOT be using them again.

Disgusting service rang for a taxi 3 times 1st wasn't put through the system correctly the second time was a different lady who said it would be 10 mins the third time another lady who said there is no chance the taxi will be there after waiting 45 mins in total on a taxi that was meant to be here within 15 mins .......

Customer service is despicable. Cab driver sped off in a strop before we had even exited the cab. Yes there was 5 of us and understand he couldnt take us ( bearing in mind 3 of the passengers were very small children) but! My eldest who is 5 wasnt even properly out of the cab and he didnt allow us to get out belongings out of the boot hence no keys to get in our house so we had 3 very distressed children late at night walking home and we had to break into our own home. When calling to complain i was told they dont accept complaints over the phone. I have nwver felt as angry and distressed ever. Will NEVER use this firm again!!!!!!!

When I called to chase the taxi I was given "we cancelled it but we can collect you at 12:30" an hour later than planned, no thanks will never use Phoenix again. How any company can cancel a pre booked taxi with no justification and leave people stranded on the streets after midnight is not a company that I ever want to deal with again

After being dropped offvthe driver contacted the office and again confirmed out pick up and drop off for after the reception.

The return taxi was sent back to the church at midnight to collect us and they sat and waited for 30 mins in case we were hiding behind the headstones. While we stood ahalf mile away wondering what the hell was going on.

It was well after 1am when It was alsorted out.

Don't think we'll be using you again fot functions.....

After booking with phoenix on many occasion and receiving a set fare for multiple drop offs, to be told this time "we don't provide set prices for more than one drop off it must have been a mistake" I was very very disappointed, particularly as you have done it one 8 different occasions this year. I have been able to get a set fare for my requirements which is great. Won't be using you again

The phone had been accessed and all my personal information and messages had been viewed. I'm a regular customer use them nearly every day to get back and forth places. I can safely say I will definitely not be using them again.

I had a party of 9 (including elderly people) standing in the cold and was repeatedly told they didn't know what was going on and it the lack of response from driver must mean he was on his way - about 5 calls later I was told that the driver in question was actually not on shift and they didn't have anyone else. No apologies, no further explanation and having paid in advance no discount even (and an Uber fare on top). Will never use them again! What a joke.

Always book by their app, its so easy and always here on time, you can even see where the driver is when hes on his way too so u know just how long youve got till hes at your door! The drivers are sound as hell too! Very talkative with amazing banter!
