I’ve been using the gym for a good few years now and have always found the Personel trainers very helpful and encouraging. There’s recently been a huge investment in equipment which is benefiting its members already.

Total dedication from all of the staff , what a fantastic team of people , we have just completed a 90 min spin for Bluebell wood �children’s hospice , that need vital funding to run , places staff help me to raise some of that funding and Gym members , so from me the place to be , Ely to make me a better person , well done total respect ��

Spin classes a country mile better than other local gyms , quality instructor ' driven ' classes and a really excellent Virtual experience �

My second home 💪🚴🏻‍♀️ Love it hear , friendly staff , no one judges you , just do what you can !! 😊😊😊

I've been coming to the gym since Jan 2017 and i've found the staff to be great. Very helpful, friendly and easily approachable. I've also been taking PT sessions with Matt since March 2018 and its made a massive difference to my fitness improvements and in getting up towards my personal goals.



The new look to the gym, while not quite finished, is great and the new range of equipment is awesome. Really looking forward to using it all and pushing myself even further :)

I have been working out at this gym for the past 2 years. The staff and fellow gym users are friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend the exercise sessions/classes as they cater to all abilities. The improvements suggested by the new management sound promising and will make this gym sought after by all. 2018 sounds like a promising year for me....Thanks to you...
