What a fantastic play area love it well worth the 30 minute drive for me to get there!! Love the whole set up been able to watch my little boy play in nearly all the areas!! It has a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly and very good with all the children!! Can’t wait to visit again soon ��

We visit on a regular basis with our 7 month old son, he loves it! Staff are friendly and the centre is clean.. if I were to leave any negative feedback the only thing I would say is on many occasions there are children over 3 years old in the 0-3 yr section, some are a lot older than 3 yrs....and with having a baby playing it can be a bit off putting having older kids running around, throwing toys next to my son and jumping around when they shouldn’t be in there.I think that the area could do with being manned by a member of staff to make sure children are the appropriate age.. apart from that we really enjoy the centre, we will be visiting again.

We have just been to the ‘Tea with the gruffalo’ event! My little girl and her two friends had a fabulous time! My little one loved meeting the gruffalo and the staff are all so friendly? It’s nice to see staff who enjoy their job and you can tell they are happy to be at work.

We love how inviting and clean Play Valley is, can’t wait to come again Lovely event xxxx

We had the first exclusive hire silver party at play valley since they started the exclusive parties again. Excellent customer service made the party stress free. Well organised and the food for the children was just right. Thank you play valley.

We had my daughters 5th birthday party Friday and it was amazing!! We had private hire and the girls could not be any more helpful. They were lovely with all the parents and kids and made sure all the kids were behaving. My little girl had the best birthday ever and we are definitely booking again for her 6th birthday. Thankyou so much Play Valley :-)

Visited here today with my 1&half year old and we absolutely loved it! There’s so much for the kids to do and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Only thing that I could say that was a negative is that the air con wasn’t on so it was extremely warm inside but we went and sat outside in the shade and it was lovely the kids loved the bouncy thing and there was always a member of staff supervising the area and making sure all the kids were behaving and playing safely! Will definitely be coming back here.

Today was my first time playing at play valley.i'm surprised at this little treat...the play area is huge and slides are ace but in this weather the added bonus is the outdoor play it's not huge but the jumping cushion is awesome. Then there's a little play area is say for under 6s. Not enough benches there but it's nicely done. Food isn't overly priced and is nice. The staff all seem nice which is unheard of in some places. It's all clean and tidy. Cost me 3.75 for 2 kids as I used my purple voucher but the offer at the moment you get a free return pass. I literally love my days out with the kids so loads of play areas meet my standard but I would recommend this place to anyone who can get to it

Today me and my son came to the Gruffalo tea party and he loved it. It was brilliant from start to finish. We had loads of fun and Loads of pictures taken. The story was good and when the character, Gruffalo came out my son couldn’t get his words out quick enough. I especially want to point out that one of the staff there called Ann-Marie, played on the pillow jump outside with my son was so friendly, chatty and polite that I thought she needed a mention too.

The Play Valley SEN Event, perfect for my little boy. Calmer, quieter atmosphere. And once a month is just enough, he really enjoys it. Staff are lovely and always welcoming. We really love coming to this event, and would recommend it to anyone with children with special needs who need a calmer session, but can still have fun. ��� Thank you play valley

One of the best play centres I’ve been too and I’ve been to a few as I’m a childminder. Play valley have thought of every detail there’s something fun and exciting round every corner, things to find and do. The toddler area is fab with the fish spy hole and sensory area. The centre is clean and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Then there’s the added activities - rhyme time and disco being our favourite. We will be back very soon. Keep up the good work !!!!

My son had his 7th birthday party here on Saturday and he and his friends had a brilliant time! The staff were very professional and we had plenty of seating reserved for parents. Our party organiser was Chloe and she was great with the kids, everything ran smoothly. The play centre is very clean and the kids enjoyed the party food. Would definitely recommend x

Just want to say thank you to all the staff for a fantastic day and for holding Gracie-maes 1st Birthday party. The hostess was amazing and did a fantastic job would highly recommend for parties

I just want to say a huge thank you for going the extra mile tonight at the party. Addison loved it and you were all amazing with him. Every member of the staff were fantastic, making him feel like a VIP and when he met Peter Rabbit it was such a magical moment. Can't wait for Addison's party now! Thank you for making a little boy's dream come true.

What an amazing experience with staff that couldn't do enough for you.

I'd highly recommend play valley to anyone. What you get for the price is fabulous compared to other play centres.

Will definitely book again in the future .

Had our little boys 5th birthday party here. Staff are brilliant especially Natalie who was our party host. Fantastic service and brilliant with the children. Very large play area, clean and plenty of setting for the grown ups. We will definantly be back.

Been tonight for the 'tea with the gruffalo' party and it was fab my little boy loved it. The staff were great with the kids, the gruffalo stayed almost the entire time we were there for pictures and there was plenty enough food for everyone as it kept getting topped up by the staff. Would definately recommend play valley to anyone and cant wait for my boys birthday party on the 6th May xxx

Been to play valley this morning with my two year old twins and as ever we had a great time! But I’m writing this today because when I got home I realised I didn’t have my phone so panic set in I rang Play valley and straight away the lovely lady who answered wanted to help me, she checked the entire place to see if I’d dropped it or forgotten it also she watched all the cctv to see if anyone had picked it up! After half an hour of looking for it, Luckily I found it in my boot which was slightly embarrassing but I’m so grateful that she was so willing to help me and was just as happy as I was when I found it! Thank you so much and we will See you soon!

As a regular visitor to play valley, we attended the under 5s Easter "Egg" stravaganza today as a family, it was well organised, the hosts were fun, good value for money and enjoyed by all. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of booking for another upcoming event.
