After our Vegan post took a hammering the other week! Here’s one for the meat eaters! A little trial for a future wedding job.

For all you vegans out there! Sweet potato waffles. Going to finish these off with soy and maple mushrooms and a soya yoghurt. Good for you too 💪💪

A good friend of ours once said, “There is always a way”. Yesterday it took every last sinew to make it a way! Incredible effort from all the team. To produce such a fantastic event in the day, under the testing conditions and to then go and cook for 3 events at night took huge drive and commitment. Also the support from family and friends to help us was overwhelming. We could not have done it without you all. Too many to mention. Just a shame we did not get any more pictures!!

Buxton, Goole, Lincoln, Huddersfield and York! All in a weekends work!

What can I say amazing service from first contacting these guys .......thank you so much for making Dan's 30th Birthday a great night the food was delicious. All on all a very professional service which I would highly recommend and will defiantly be using again..

Well What can I say!!!

I turned my house into a 3 table mini restaurant last night for 21 people seated. We had Tom and Pierre come to our home and cook what I can only describe as a 5 star amazing meal! Not only did they cook and serve us a 3 course meal but the professionalism and care for attention was impeccable! A truly wonderful night for my husbands surprise 30th birthday!

And I didn’t have to clean a single dish!

Highly recommend for small events or large events these guys are brilliant!!

We had Tom and Pierre do our wedding food, it was excellent. The effort the boys went to to make sure my wife and I were happy and got exactly what we wanted, however odd the request, is the main reason I would recommend them to anyone!

Sam has cooked 12 of us a fantastic meal for my daughters hen weekend in the beautiful house we are staying ! He was so professional and lovely and the meal was delicious , best creme brûlée I have ever eaten ! Thank you for a lovely night . We also had a lovely waitress called Rebecca who looked after us too .

PTJ catered for 3 Weddings, all different styles of food and venue, and all excellent. Really good value

Had Sam and Elspeth visit us on our hen party, food was amazing and very well presented, Elspeth took pictures of us all together. Definitely recommend

Fantastic food and professional eye to detail. Pierre prepared and created high quality restaurant style food in our home to 12 people and even did the washing up. Brilliant, highly recommend PTJ catering for any special occasion, large or small.
