We have just returned from a lovely weeks holiday at Quay West! Lovely clean caravan with a beautiful view of the sea! Site was a small stroll to Newquay and has its own private beach which the boys loved! All staff were friendly and very helpful!

Lovely pool area, although we weren’t brave enough to try the outdoor one!

We had 2 lovely meals in the restaurant and had some fun in the arcade!

Highlight of the trip was the live lounge and the kids entertainment! My boys went every night and participated in the games! Jess was amazing!!

Definitely recommend!!

We had a lovely stay in Quay West this weekend! Very lovely park and perfect caravan! Extra thanks to the staff that went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay; Andy in the swimming pool, Ben and Charlie on the Ariel Adventure, Jacob in the Pottery Painting and Leighton and Ioan who did the pool party! �

We go every year without fail! But this year topped them all we had a gorgeous caravan with decking and a sea view, the menu has improved at the mash and barrel and the kids entertainment is fantastic will be coming back again in June as usual I was sad to leave this year

Visited the Mash and Barrel... had food.

The service by the staff was excellent as was the quality of the food. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Stayed here last year never been before ..absolutely loved it..one of the best holidays. The park was lovely and clean ..caravan was perfect ..immaculate to be honest we will defo be coming back and would recommend to anyone and the weather was red hot which always helps

Had a wonderful family holiday at Quay West, Kerry and Sarah-Jayne were amazing, really went the extra mile to make our holiday amazing. Kerry is hilarious �. Keep up the hard work fun stars � kind regards The Farmer-Tickle’s x

Had a fantastic midweek break last week with our children and granddaughter, the caravan was stunning, immaculately clean and right on the beach. When we got home I realised that I had left my purse in a cupboard in the kitchen so I phoned the park and spoke to a lovely lady called Sarah, after speaking to the housekeepers she phoned me straight back to tell me that they had found it. She kept it in the safe over the weekend and then parcelled it up and sent it out to me recorded delivery,I was absolutely made up to get my purse back as I had a very sentimental ring in it that could not be replaced. I would love her to know how much I appreciate her help and communication, she really went above and beyond. Thankyou so so much Sarah! Xxx

Had a brilliant 4 night stay here. Kids were never out of the outdoor pool. Caravan located near to beach access when I managed to get kids out of pool we took a trip down stunning views. Ate in the mash and barrell food was nice for pub grub but just a bit pricy. Would definitely return to this site

First time of visiting. A big family party mixture of adult, kids and babies. Lots to do and very entertaining. Would definitely go back but will say those tiny single bedroom rooms in the caravan really are just that. Too small to move or sleep in really but fine for kids. Also the restaurant definitely needs more staff as quite a bit of queueing. All in all very good :)

Fantastic site, the staff were all really helpful and welcoming. The statics were spotless on arrival and all very modern. Great amenities & facilities. Access to the beach, with New Quay being a very short walk along the beach. Were definitely booking again.

Fantastic holiday lovely place.Loads to do for the kids.Staff very friendly and entertainment staff were brilliant with the kids.Great access to the beach.Park shop fully stocked with groceries etc.We will definitely be coming back

Brilliant Haven park to stay if you've never been. Plenty to do, staff are really helpful and pleasant. Great for kids & only a 15 minute walk to the Harbour & beach. A must stay

A gorgeous place, we so dolphins from our caravan! The caravan was gorgeous too and the people here were so friendly! Best park we have stayed on by far!

Would have been 5*Van was spotless good pitch sea view only fault was the prices for food and drinks £2 a cup of tea £2.20 a glass of Diet Coke etc.lovelly carver though,brilliant staff not they’re fault for the prices!

Stayed 9/4-13/4/18 in a 2 bed on far side of the park. Lovely and quiet, nice walk to the beach. Needed to wash all the cutlery, crockery and glassware, however generally the caravan was in great condition. Children's entertainment was great and all staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect for us, although pool showers were absolutely FREEZING 😱😂 Would definitely come back again.

Lovely park. Nice and clean. Boys loved the shows in the evening and the swimming pool. The location is stunning. The only negative is the crazy golf is crap and the course is outdated and broken.They shouldnt charge people to use it in that state. However i will go again

Just got back from a 3 night stay,first time at this park and was really impressed with it.

Location was lovely just by Newquay harbour which is great, our kids loved the park and the swimming pool. The local shop was brilliant had everything we needed and more, the arcade had a lot of variety for adults and children.

The only negative was we went to the messy play activity with our three children ages (1,3 and 6) and it was described as creative play with paints,glitter and glue which sounded good but when we got there it was make your own photo frame which obviously wasn’t good for the really little ones.

Would defiantly visit again �

Had a nice break with my family - Caravan was lovely, modern and clean. Overall the park is good but some facilities need updating. The swimming pool is not very big and the changing facilities need a bit of a clean and making bigger. Also, a lot of the activities were aimed at older children. Would have been nice if there were a few more things for under 5s.

We came to Quey West this weekend, On our way there a member of staff called us and asked if we wanted to upgrade our caravan to a New Prestige Van, it would be less than 2 years old, with a dishwasher and bigger TVs in the living room and main bedrooms, I agreed and paid £40 on my card. On our arrival somebody asked if I wanted to upgrade for £20, I explained that we had already upgraded for £40.

We got to the caravan and it was clearly more than 2 years old, no dishwasher and standard TVs, I called reception, spoke to Sarah who said there was nothing she could do, I was in the correct caravan for what we had paid and none of their vans on site had dishwashers, I explained that I had been miss sold an upgrade and she again said there was nothing she could do.

We came home today and called Haven Holidays, spoke to Romamie, explained my situation, she advised me that there was nothing she could do and to email Haven - I had already done this on Friday and still haven’t had an acknowledgement of my email.

I asked to speak to her supervisor- she spoke to him twice, his name was Martin and twice he refused to speak to me.

Romamie advised that she would email another department to call me back but didn’t know when.

Terrible customer service, I will be taking this further, you’ve basically miss sold me something and are now keeping my money, shame on you Haven
