Would like to say a big thank you. We had our Engagement party in the kimberworth suite lovley room Sarah the owner is lovely she couldn't do enough for us ,the buffet was really good quality food ,the staff were really friendly ,so if you are thinking of a venue i would highly recommend!!!

Went for my Dad's 80th and loved it. The food was fantastic - everyone's steaks were perfectly cooked and there was more than enough. A lovely friendly atmosphere with attentive staff, but not intrusive (as it can be in some restaurants). Highly recommend it and will definitely be paying them another visit.

We went to The Manor Barn today and I can safely say we will definitely be returning, Paul and all his staff were very friendly nothing was to much trouble. The food was very nice can't wait to return x

We celebrated my 40th birthday in the Kimberworth Suite. The buffet was fantastic and huge - many thanks to the chef. Lovely room, all staff very accommodating and we had many comments from guests on how nice the room and the buffet was. Would recommend for functions and it will be my first call for parties in the future!



A special mention to Bridie, the events manager, who recently took over this role. Thank you Bridie you did a wonderful job of pulling everything together for my party, I appreciate the hard work you put in behind the scenes. xx

Today is the 3rd time I've been for a meal with my other half and once again we were blown away by how good the food was.



The staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face, the restaurant itself is a very relaxed welcoming environment to be in.



I would definitely recommend this place for food as I've never had anything anywhere else that matches it for quantity, quality, presentation and value for money, 5 Stars.

Three of us visited tonight for the first time and it definitely won't be the last. The food was cooked fresh and was just delicious. We had fillet, sirloin and rump which was cooked exactly as we'd asked for it. If you are a meat lover you must try this place, it has a great selection on offer and every cut and size of steak you can imagine from 8oz to 80oz! The customer service was excellent from start to finish and even the boss took time out to chat to us. We would highly recommend.

Sampled both here and Thurcroft using the Amazon vouchers and The Manor Barn is leagues ahead of The Double Barrel. If I'd paid full price at Thurcroft i would have been disappointed but the promotion certainly worked on this occasion. We'll be back!

Praise where praise is due .. Having moved into the area nearly 2 years ago this was our fIrst visit to my the manor barn in well over 10 years . With 2 kids in tow Every aspect of our visit was perfect from the food to the service ... Staff were very polite and friendly and the food was piping hot and cooked to perfection ... We will definitely be back soon . Thankyou

Had steaks all round on mothers day, on arrival we were promply shown to our table, lovely ambient surroundings. Our orders were taken, and drinks arrived, only a small wait, but thats normal, all what we ordered was correct, and the steaks were cooked to perfection, all in all great service and great food, our first visit, but would go again, and would recommend, travelled 15mins from Barnsley

Had a really nice meal tonight look forward to having our wedding here in August. Friendly staff and very helpful we will be back soon plus family real enjoyed it thanks xx

The service was excellent, the Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.



The food...a well varied menu to suit all tastes, i had the Trio and they were cooked exactly to my liking.....please talk to the Staff & tell them exactly how you like your steak cooked, as your medium, rare etc may not be the Chefs. One of the best, tasty trio of steaks i have eaten in a long while. The chips are real, not your twice cooked frozen that you nearly always get in restaurants....with a side salad & a nice dressing.



Will i be returning ?......yes i will & with others as i know it will be a faultless night....

Great steak and a huge rack of ribs!!



The sirloin was great - flavoursome, juicy, tender & cooked to perfection.



The ribs.....WOW! So much meat on them (had to leave some, sorry!!) Also really juicy and fall-off-the-bone tender.



You also keep great beer! THANKS!! Keep up the good work!
