Had à xmas works night last night in the vip booths was fantastic well done to ross and every one in reflex for making our night a good one def will be doing it again . The bar staff were lovely as were the door staff thanks for a great evening reflex

Brill night...booked into VIP area. atmosphere was great...staff were great too. not had that much of a laugh in ages ! Hi 5!

Booked the Hen VIP package and was amazed by the fab service we got. The area was perfect for us all to dance about together, the drinks package was amazing! So great we didn't even finish all the drinks! Nice little touch with the goody bag! Safe to say we all had a fab night! Thank you

The place is good for drinks and music is absolutely fantastic. But I work for the company and the ladies toilets are shocking. No loo roll, toilets missing toilets seats and no hand soap. Doesn’t really go down well on a busy Friday!!!!

Was a good night until bouncers went on a power trip took my mate from dance floor and tried getting him and other mate to admit to either sucking each other off or snorting coke they saw each other in toilet spoke about what drink to get my partner for his birthday one went for a fag other came back and stayed on dance floor with me then got dragged out by bouncer . Power tripping pricks

Had to literally stand in front on my boyfriend while a member of your door staff tried to attack him while he was walking away. Over something personal that happened many years ago. I had to stand there and get ragged all over just so this bouncer couldn't get to my boyfriend as he was walking away - may I add, AGAIN! Bouncers are supposed to make you feel safe, but this bouncer is an absolute joke. It was my sisters birthday and we had been in town for half an hour, had one drink and thought we would try reflex for the first time ever as town was dead. We didn't even get throw the door when the bouncer picked on him for walking at the back, he threw the barrier that was outside and chased after us down the alley, it took me, a female friend and a male friend to stop him from attacking us. He eventually give up and walked away when another bouncer who worked at reflex dragged him away. Because of your choice of door men, you will never be getting my custom or my family's again. The bouncer is tall and really big, and works for Phoenix security and he's the reason why bouncers have a bad name. This bad is a bully and a hot head, he certainly has anger issues and shouldn't be on a door of any club. While you employ this man I will do all I get to make sure that people don't use this business. I think you should really reconsider who works for you and who you employ to work your doors.

Decent music (as far as cheese goes that is) but last Friday night I was appalled to see one of the bouncers harassing my friend (who caused no trouble what so ever). It was over a personal matter of which does not justify any form of violence whatsoever. Now it is understood that there maybe some hard feeling left, however that does not excuse the events of which took place that night. There was violence from ONE party and it was the bouncer. We was neither drunk or rowdy, in fact we pride ourselves on being a very friendly bunch. I hold no hard feelings towards the bar itself, although with immature door staff like that I feel that until they either get their act together or sack their babyish bouncer I'm afraid it's not worth my etiquette or custom.

Attended on Saturday 21st.. every one was lovely apart from one of the bar staff who ignored us on several occasions. Another couple told him to serve us as they hadn't made there minds up. He refused. He had blonde/ grey curly hair with white sunglasses and very ignorant. Apart from that was a great experience

Had to literally stand in front on my boyfriend while a member of your door staff tried to attack him while he was walking away. Over something personal that happened many years ago. I had to stand there and get ragged all over just so this bouncer couldn't get to my boyfriend as he was walking away - may I add, AGAIN! Bouncers are supposed to make you feel safe, but this bouncer is an absolute joke. It was my sisters birthday and we had been in town for half an hour, had one drink and thought we would try reflex for the first time ever as town was dead. We didn't even get throw the door when the bouncer picked on him for walking at the back, he threw the barrier that was outside and chased after us down the alley, it took me, a female friend and a male friend to stop him from attacking us. He eventually give up and walked away when another bouncer who worked at reflex dragged him away. Because of your choice of door men, you will never be getting my custom or my family's again. The bouncer is tall and really big, and works for Phoenix security and he's the reason why bouncers have a bad name. This bad is a bully and a hot head, he certainly has anger issues and shouldn't be on a door of any club. While you employ this man I will do all I get to make sure that people don't use this business. I think you should really reconsider who works for you and who you employ to work your doors.

Been here a few times and quite enjoyed it. Decent music (as far as cheese goes that is) but last Friday night I was appalled to see one of the bouncers harassing my friend (who caused no trouble what so ever). It was over a personal matter of which does not justify any form of violence whatsoever. Now it is understood that there maybe some hard feeling left, however that does not excuse the events of which took place that night. There was violence from ONE party and it was the bouncer. We was neither drunk or rowdy, in fact we pride ourselves on being a very friendly bunch. I hold no hard feelings towards the bar itself, although with immature door staff like that I feel that until they either get their act together or sack their babyish bouncer I'm afraid it's not worth my etiquette or custom.

Attended on Saturday 21st.. every one was lovely apart from one of the bar staff who ignored us on several occasions. Another couple told him to serve us as they hadn't made there minds up. He refused. He had blonde/ grey curly hair with white sunglasses and very ignorant. Apart from that was a great experience
