Our 29 acres of gardens also include the beautiful Kitchen Garden and Victorian Glass Houses where we grow many of the Vegetables / Fruit / Herbs and much more for the hotels kitchens. This year we introduced the flower cutting garden where we grow items for the rooms and spa. It was great to see one of gardening team David winning awards at this years local show.

What an amazing venue for our Daughters wedding the Hotel is lovely and the grounds are stunning the Master of ceremonies looked after us from start to end and all the staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble I would definitely recommend it Thank you Ringwood

We were married at Ringwood yesterday. From the minute we walked in to enquire about weddings until the moment we left today, every member of staff we met was dedicated to making our experience amazing. Wedding coordinators, master of ceremonies, housekeeping, catering, reception... everyone played a part in delivering a first class service and venue in beautiful surroundings.

Cannot recommend highly enough; outstanding service and location. Thank you.

We were married at Ringwood on Friday and we cannot speak highly enough of the place. The venue was immaculate, the staff attentive and polite, the turnaround very professional and the food plentiful and tasty. We requested John as our MC and he was superb. He brings passion and energy to the role and he really looked after us. Lindsey was great in helping us plan our big day and assisted us throughout. The only downside was that the spa facilities were unavailable for us and our guests to use but the renovation plans look great. Anyone with a wedding booked here or are planning to book are in for a treat. Mr & Mrs McDonald

We used the spa. Staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Welcome drink and canapes were lovely. Cocktails were tasty. The spa facilities were of high standard and hot stone massage was very relaxing.

We had the spa day and overnight package, it was truly wonderful and worth every penny. I can only describe it as a hidden gem, set back amongst the green and leafy trees, a beautiful building with a spotless spa. Perfect for couples. The food, which was all included with our package, was divine. We couldn’t have asked for more, luxury at its finest. We also had a lovely waitress too, but unfortunately didn’t get her name but remember she came second in their cocktail making competition, she too had fabulous customer service - making our experience nothing less than 5 stars :) x

We had our wedding yesterday at this beautiful venue. The ceremony room the Ringwood suite was stunning. The marquee was phenomenal.



The staff were incredible. A special mention to our master of ceremonies Jen who was amazing and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. You made our day perfect.

We got married here on 14th July 2018. Originally we wanted to get married at the venue we got engaged at but we thought we’d take a look round other venues and give them a chance. Ringwood was our first fayre that we went to in April 2016 and straight away we both fell in love with the venue. We were especially blown away by the grounds surrounding the hotel so we went ahead an booked Ringwood for our wedding day which we chose to be on 14th July 2018.

The planned meetings went smoothly every time and it was a good chance to meet all of the wedding team. I think we went to pretty much all of the wedding fayres as well in the space of 27 months (that is definitely one thing we are going to miss!)

We originally booked the lowest price all inclusive package but after many discussions about numbers we decided to go for the next package up which was wedding in Portland and the rest of the day in the Coach House - BEST DECISION EVER! Ringwood made sure everything was planned out well in advance and to high detail. I didn’t feel stressed at all during the planning process as Ringwood wrote down every little detail.

Coming to the day before the wedding, myself and my bridesmaids stayed the night before. We arrived for check in time and we were able to check in all of the wedding stuff too - the receptionists log everything to make sure nothing is lost or put into another wedding which is such a good thing! We stayed in the Tansley and Ashover suites and I would highly recommend these rooms if you want to do the same as we did as they was so much room, we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. There was so much room for all the hair and makeup stylists on the day of the wedding too.

On our wedding day - loved the fact that if anyone needed to be in touch with us, they would ring the room phone instead of people coming and knocking every so often. Once me and the bridesmaids were ready, Linden our Master of Ceremonies - who by the way was exceptional, he really looked after us - came to collect us ready for our big entrance. I felt really nervous but Linden calmed me down and kept me sane � Vows said, then they took us out the back near the rose garden for the arrival drinks and chocolate covered strawberries - AMAZING! Everyone commented on the Gardens and said how beautiful the venue was.

Wedding breakfast time - the food was amazing! We had the bruschetta, braised beef and ladies and gents deserts of white chocolate roulade and chocolate and orange tort. Not much was left on people’s plates, the bruschetta in particular was unbelievable!

On to the night do, the room was quickly turned around and our guests started to arrive. The bar service was a little slow but not too much to cause any complaints. With it being a summers day, most of the guests sat on the patio outside which was lovely. Buffet was served, I didn’t get any but everyone who did said it was probably one of the best buffets they’ve ever eaten from.

Our wedding day at Ringwood was unreal, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. There was only a few mishaps, William’s name was spelt wrong on the introductory poster in the lobby but once we told the receptionists it was quickly rectified and was reposted before our guests arrived - but then our surname was spelt wrong on the reservation posters on our tables at breakfast. Also the other one was when me and Will headed to bed, we didn’t receive our late night platter that we had included in our package - we was pretty gutted about this - not sure if anything could be done for us to replace this?

Breakfast the next morning, absolutely spot on, plenty of choice even if you were a fussy eater.

Just want to say a huge thanks for all the wedding team for helping us organise such a beautiful wedding and a massive thanks to Linden for looking after us. We will most definitely be returning to keep the memories going �

This marvellous hotel is filled to the brim with the friendliest staff I’ve ever met, they can’t do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. The food is delicious and our room was 5 star... Thank you so very much xx

My Daughter got married there Thursday it was excellent from start to finish . All the staff went out of their way to ensure all our requests were met. The day ran smoothly. Rooms comfy and very clean the gardens stunning . Would be my venue of choice for any special event or break. I’m gluten free (Coeliac) and the choice of food was excellent we had an evening meal breakfast and of course the wedding food and the attentiveness and knowledgeable staff gave me 100% confidence that my food was totally free from gluten . Oh and for fellow Coeliacs the bread was really good

Me and my wife had an amazing time here, the customer service was the best we have ever had at a spa, big thank you to Jess, Debbie and Gemma for a 5 star experience we both hope to be back soon.

The Spa Hen Weekend was a hit! Massive thanks to Gemma and Debbie for all their hard work, pretty certain they didn't go home! They were there when we went to bed, and there the next morning. Absolute diamond team players Ringwood have there and they all need to be congratulated on their hard work.

I used this recently refurbished spa as a day guest receiving a warm welcome, completing minimal paperwork in the garden cafe with a complimentary fruit juice shot on arrival. I was shown around the impressive modern facilities on two floors. Upstairs are treatment rooms and a large, bright relaxation lounge built at the level of the surrounding tree tops. Downstairs are beautifully tiled, clean and spacious changing facilities (with digital lockers - no coins needed), loos and showers with good quality shampoo & body wash, big mirrors and hairdriers. The spa area has a small rectangular pool with jacuzzi at one end and massage jets the other, a fragrant steam room, 2 sauna cabins - the 'cooler' salt room and really hot herbal cabin each having large windows looking to the garden with (as yet incomplete) garden decking. There are also two rain showers, an ice fountain and two foot spas. At first sight the pool area appeared dark but once in the pool I realised it was subtle lighting to complement the environment which has an amazing reflective ceiling which gives the impression of double height. To one side is a pretty alcove which look as if plants are growing on the walls, within which are 5 poolside loungers. The spa was not busy when I arrived at 11.30am, even so the loungers were occupied or 'reserved' with books and towels. For me, a big part of a spa experience is being able to relax beside the pool but with the number of people using the facilities, especially later in the afternoon, it was definitely not designed with this in mind. It did not adversely impact on my overall enjoyment of the spa experience but had I wanted to stay longer it may have done so.

A large soft fluffy robe and towel was provided on arrival for use in the spa (and Secret Spa flip-flops to take home). Although invited to use the cafe and upstairs lounge in these robes, it seemed strange, and disrespectful, to risk spoiling the fabric furnishings in those areas because the robe was damp from the spa. Consequently I didn't feel completely at ease.

I pre-ordered a lovely fresh salad (there was also a choice of sandwiches, wraps, pizza and soup) and enjoyed taking time out of the spa in the cafe.

I experienced a very luxurious treatment which included warm oils massage, a salt scrub, then more moisturising oils on my back, shoulders, arms and legs followed by facial and head massage (thanks Jan I loved it) then spent a quiet 30 minutes in the Daydream Room with its subdued lighting, cosy blankets and comfy loungers. This is apparently supposed to be a silent area for deep relaxation after your treatment although a couple of guests didn't seem to appreciate this and were chatting to each other.

Having spent a few hours in this lovely retreat with its fresh new decor and great spa facilities I know I will visit again for sure.

Had an amazing Mother’s Day meal beautiful surroundings attentive staff and absolutely gorgeous food, would highly recommend and will most definitely visiting again soon
