What a star Sarah is. Not only has she arranged some fab trips for us, on our recent cottage weekend to watch Le Tour De France in Yorkshire we spoke afterwards and I mentioned the cottage had some problems. Next thing, Sarah has taken it up with the travel company and got us a voucher for a discount on next years cottage as an apology. Amazing! When things go wrong and they're quickly and calmly sorted, you know you're getting great service! Recommend Sarah to your friends, they won't regret it.

If anyone ever has any doubts about booking with Sarah then just do it! We're just about to go on a non-Sarah booked holiday (booked before we knew about her) and the service we've had from our supposed luxury operator has been nothing short of shocking in comparison! We keep saying to each other... 'Sarah wouldn't have let happen' etc... It says it all... Not even been on one of our Sarah booked holidays yet but already know they will be fabulous!

Have booked numerous holidays and city breaks with Sarah, all of which have been handled efficiently, swiftly and with clear evidence of the personal touch you wouldn't get elsewhere! On our current trip things did not go according to plan with both my wife and I being taken ill, resulting in missing out on many days of enjoyment!



We decided to extend for a further few days and sorting out accommodation was the easy part, but as usual the airline were unwilling to budge on price and wanted full fare for the later return home!



Sarah was not happy with this and with zeal and tenacity managed to speak to the right person at the airline who provided an acceptable solution all round!



My wife and I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough, especially when you are far from home and need help, Sarah is head and shoulders above any travel agent (Kuoni) and travel rep we have ever dealt with!
