I've been a few times and love it. Staff are great and really friendly. The games are spot on, I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended

Went to escape rooms last night for a friends birthday and we did placebo! Was amazing we did escape which made it even better! Was my first ever time actually going to escape and I will so go again we are currently planning our next visit.

All staff was very helpful and made you feel at ease which was really lovely.

I would recommend going to absolutely anybody it’s something different and it’s so much fun!

We had the day bought for us as a christmas present and we absolutely loved it! It was my partners first escape game and it was a great experience! I would 100% reccomend it!! We became mad scientists at the end ÔøΩÔøΩ

So Good! Fab experience for team building. We had 2 teams either in the Alcatraz room or homicide room, which was better than expected. Would definitely go back again, we want to try the other rooms now!

Not only are the games absolutely incredible, the best I’ve played and I’ve played ALOT, the staff are friendly and kind and I held an event there for my little boys ‘naming day’ and WOW. Not one person who attended hasn’t commented on how spectacular the bar and corporate areas are, how amazing the food was and dedicated the staff and owners were to ensuring we had the best time. I could not recommend The great escape more for both the games and private events!!

My daughter came with six of her friends for her 12th birthday and did Placebo. They had a great time, they didn't escape but did a lot of screaming and came out desperate to go back in! The staff member looking after them was brilliant and created just the right atmosphere of fun and anticipation with a tiny bit of fear! Thanks for a great game.

My bridesmaids brought me here for my hen do. They had a room booked out, which they decorated and we had a little tea party. We then did an escape room, I was on the losing team so didn't enjoy that part as much. After that we did cocktail making which was great fun.

The staff were great on the day and my bridesmaids said they were brill in the run up, couldn't do enough for them. This place is so good, thanks for making my hen do a fab one!!

Me and 5 friends went to the 2nd generation rooms for my birthday yesterday and did Abducted 18+, it was once again incredible! I’ve been to the 1st generation before and it never fails to impress! The room was incredible, the acting was amazing and the people who work there are fantastic! They brought out a donut cake (because I don’t like normal cake) and sang happy birthday to me once we’d finished, along with a free pizza. Overall the experience is something you can’t miss out on!!

I booked this as a surprise Christmas present for my family. We played the Alcatraz game on Boxing Day and had a brilliant time. From being thrown in a cell and shouted at by the Prison Guard to solving the puzzles and running backwards and forwards to the cell so we didn’t get caught to hiding in a tunnel, hiding behind a door and being scared by the bang of a drawer this was a superb game that we all thoroughly enjoyed! Obviously the icing on the cake was that we escaped with only 1 min 59 seconds to spare - phew!

Highly recommended

As a family we are still laughing about our stupidity at times and crying with laughter at the fun it brought, we will definitely be booking to do another one in the near future, fantastic experience xxxx

Honestly was not expecting what we got in Abducted - a wonderful blend that felt like you were in a Hostel movie (but without the awkward dying bit)!

Had an amazing time here as part of my sisters Hen Wknd

We hired a room which included pizza,drinks, submerge game finished off with cocktail making

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves we had an amazing time

Had a brilliant time at the grate escape. The set was movie like and the puzzles and clues where brilliant. We all had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back and play the other rooms �

Great staff, great atmosphere and great experience. Thinking of which room to do next. It was our first time at anything like this and we got out of Submerge! We're so intelligent ;)

Came today for my hen doo. We did the submerged challenge. Other than the rooms being rather warm it was a fantastic experience and will definitely try other too.

Brilliant, we played the submerged game on a staff night out, and it was first class! Can't wait to try some different games, we'll definitely be back! Plus they went the extra mile and called us up to tell us one of our party had left their house keys there so waited for us (as was closing time) so we could pick them up! Thank you.

Booked the submerged rooms A and B as a team building exercise for work - absolutely fantastic!! The background story helps set the scene and the quality of the props was excellent.. thanks for creating such an amazing escape room experience! Shall be back again soon :)

Absolutely well worth the money. Food and drinks area wonderful plus food was gorgeous. Staff were friendly and professional. We did our first escape room on Friday the 13th we could not resist this date and did the abducted room which was amazing. I cannot wait to book another and go back fab night out with my friends ÔøΩ.

Absolutely loved it first time today doing the mad scientist with my 13 year old son and my mum and we all loved it my son keeps asking when we are going back and even my mum loved it also a big thanks to kerry he was brilliant and so was the girl after him we will be back ÔøΩ

15 of us split into 2 teams to play Submerged last night for my birthday. We all loved it, from the people who had never done one before to the ones that have tried other companies escape games. I really liked how immersive it was and realistic. We will all definitely return and try some of the other rooms. I just wish there was more that catered for large groups.
