What a truly amazing place!. There's nothing not to like about Tidal Paws ...... welcoming, friendly, the dogs are treated like royalty and every little detail has been thought through and accounted for. When you book Tidal Paws the whole place is yours for the entire time you've booked it, meaning you and your dog(s) can relax and enjoy their swim. From the pool to the bath and drying equipment, everything is spot on and so clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to anybody. We took one 8 yr old experienced dog swimmer and one 10 year old who'd never been in a pool before. Both felt safe and happy and enjoyed the whole experience. We travelled 45 minutes to come here and you will definitely see us again and again. A big thank you from us both and our two fur kids. We will bring puppy next time when she's out of season.

We visited for the first time today with our 2 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback cross Rudy. It was a lovely experience for both us as owners and Rudy. We were made to feel extremely welcome and were given great advice to give Rudy the confidence to enter the pool. The atmosphere was really relaxed which was key for Rudy as he can be very nervous. Grace was very knowledgable and offered us treats, toys and encouragement. It was lovely to meet you and your nan and we cannot wait to revisit already to help Rudy gain his tidal paws �. Thank you so much. Rudy was so relaxed when we got home. Highly recommended ��

We visited Tidal Paws today for the first time and it was even better than we expected. Our girl isn't very water confident and so we we're half expecting her not to get in. Grace and her mum were so helpful and accommodating with us. They cheered my pooch on, talked to us and advised us throughout without being patronising (we were also left to do our own thing too!).. by the end of the session my little lady was swimming on her own, she gained so much confidence and we had a wonderful time. We were also given extra time in the pool as Alaska was just starting to gain confidence and someone had rudely not bothered to turn up to their appointment.



Afterwards, Grace even washed Alaska down and blow dried her. She showed a good knowledge of the breed too and made sure she was thoroughly dry before letting us go so that Alaska didn't get any hot spots (she is a Samoyed)... Grace wouldn't even take any extra money for the additional time we had in the pool and the aftercare service - it's obvious that she has opened this business because she loves dogs, not just for a profit and today she did everything for us to ensure Alaska had a positive experience. We will definitely be going again to help Alaska gain more confidence in the water, we can't wait! My pooch is now fast asleep after the intense exercise. A great workout and beneficial for her hips too! Cannot recommend enough. Thank you to Grace and her mum for such a wonderful afternoon �

Very friendly lovely people that obviously love dogs loads! Highly recommend for people that just wanna have some fun with their dogs in the pool, or wanting to give their dog a bit more water confidence! Lots of fun, good way to get dogs exercising as we found out a minute in the pool is like travelling a mile! Tilly was very comfortable making friends with everyone there ���
