What a fab time we've had celebrating our daughters birthday at tramp2lean Sheffield!! When your child has additional needs booking a party is always a concern for numerous reasons, but with the care and attention to detail we received from the staff I had no need to worry. We booked the exclusive party which meant it was just our little girl and her friends on the trampolines plus a visit from Spider-Man я┐╜. Of the 20 kids at the party there was 8 with additional needs, our daughter included. I can't fault the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The music was turned down to accommodate those who struggle with noise, staff took those who were unsure onto the trampolines and stayed with them till they were happy and for one of her friends who's visually impaired they made sure she got on safely and knew where the steps were so she could access the area independently. All areas were clean, bright and colourful with plenty of room for parents to sit and watch whilst the kids had fun. The party room was laid out ready for food to be served. We catered for her party but with McDonald's over the road it would be easy enough to collect food to bring in. Again the area was very clean with ample room for all the kids. I can't thank the staff enough, we've already got our next trip booked!! I'd be happy to recommend this little gem to anyone, it's great and would certainly support tramp2lean with future plans. What a brill time we've just had celebrating our sons Birthday Party. The staff were really helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. I know there's been comments on here about it being cold, but there was heating in the party room and there wasn't any problem with it being cold. A real plus was having the venue just for the party, safe keeping an eye on all the kids я┐╜ I would recommend the party We've had a great time Thank you staff for all your hard work я┐╜

We had our little boys 6th birthday party here in this red hot weather and the staff where incredible!!! Cold juice stored in the fridge on tap whenever the kiddies wanted ! Was so organised from start to finish the staff where lovely was really enjoyed by all Thankyou so much guys see u again soon!!!!

We had my daughters birthday here and it was great! Fab venue for a party - good size so you can see everyone and a great viewing area for the grown ups! We also used the party room which was a great option! Very friendly, attentive, helpful staff! And great value! Highly recommended! Thank you Tramp2lean!!

Wasn't really what I expected (is only really small, not much to it) but for the price you can't really go wrong (┬г4 for me and my 3 year old) there was only us and a few other people in which is better really for us, the music isn't to loud etc ( that's what my daughter HATES about JUMP INC ) it could do with better cleaning the toilets are vile я┐╜

Visited today for the first time. The atmosphere was relaxed and the kids were able to have fun and be kids. The two staff members were brill, really helpful and friendly. Very good value for money too. The comparison to Jump is unnecessary as tramp2lean is completely different and much better for my 3 year old. I would feel more than comfortable doing a fitness class here too and reckon it'd be a good laugh :)

Thank you for an amazing party! The kids have had an amazing time and the birthday girl had a blast. The staff were really friendly and the kids absolutely loved Spider-Man. We had a party at jump last year and much preferred this one. Much safer having the place to yourselves. Highly recommended.

Our little girl and her friends had a fantastic time at her party yesterday. The staff were fab! really helpful, great with the kids, and they work really really hard. It was nice we could play our own music and that the adults had a calm place to sit where they could see the trampolines below. The only suggestion I have (and it is a suggestion, not a criticism) would be to have a turnaround time between the last session and the next party where the place is totally emptied for 10 minutes or so to give the staff a chance to have a bit of a breather and so it's not so crowded. Also maybe a sign on the main door saying "party in progress" so people don't start arriving half an hour into the party for their session.

Thanks for a lovely party! We'll be back!

My son hasn't stopped talking about his party and how excited he was to be going trampolining and it didn't disappoint! He had a brilliant time and all the staff were friendly and entertaining, couldn't recommend this place more, great value for money! We will definitely be returning!!

I went to the class this morning with my little boy is 2. The staff were really friendly and helpful and showed us where my little boy would be whilst I was doing the class. The staff were great with the children and my son and I had a great time! I could see my son whilst I was doing the class and could have left the class at anytime and go upstairs to get him if he was upset or needed me. I will be back next Thursday! Thank you so much x can't recommend this place enough!

Had my son's 3rd birthday party here today.

Was perfect for the age group the kiddies all loved it. The staff couldnt do enough for us. Was a lil chilly but soon warmed us up jumping around. Would highly recommend if your looking for a toddlers birthday party.

I had my daughters 6th Birthday Party here and we had a fab time. I was unsure whether the party would be able to go ahead due to the recent weather conditions and the company was great saying I could change to another day if need be! Fortunately for us the weather settled and we was able to attend the party with 15 of my daughters friends, having the whole place to ourselves was great and the party room and upstairs area was brilliant too. The only negative I have was it was very cold inside for the parents who were viewing from upstairs and the party room was cold too but it didn't spoil our fun. Thank you to the staff who were very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend having a party here it's great for all ages я┐╜

Was very quiet so kids had free run and the lovely lady working was very friendly and helpful but would not recommend going at this time of year the place was freezing all kids were bouncing away but yet the building was that Cold so were the kids.. not to mention the adults.. sure itтАЩs better in warmer weather. Defo more suited for younger children too.

I don't normally write reviews especially negative ones but tonight was terrible. We went to the Special Needs session, listed as 5-6pm it's not our first visit and as a rule it's been okay though on another occasion we've had to deal with a party over running. Tonight we arrived and found a party had been booked for 5.30 half way through the Special needs session. This meant we had 20 minutes for my girl to bounce. The girls working there did their best to help and were apologetic and didn't charge us. But my girl who has autism and anxiety was trying to bounce while lots of people were arriving for the party, the noise was getting worse, I was having to tell other children they couldn't go on yet, causing me stress, she was rushed and upset by the change and the growing amount of children gathering. Then when we left to get off, she was rushed by all the children to get on, which for an autistic child is a nightmare, she left extremely distressed, and is still extremely upset and hiding under her bed refusing to come out. We were given a token for a free visit and really appreciate the help from the girls working but this is disgusting and needs to change. Either commit to then SEN session and understand the terrible impact on the children it can have if you do this to them or cancel the session and don't harm another child this way. I've given 2 stars for the girls who tried to help and previous visits but honestly tonight was terrible and I'm going to be spending days dealing with the impact it's had on my little girl.

Having been today with my 11 month 2yr and 3yr old grandchildren I was told there was a party in progress and would be ok to go in in 15 min when it was finished .. which was fair enough .. in we went after paying 5pound for each child for only another party to start.. the lady in charge never mentioned this party .. it was impossible to stay with toddlers as the party was for an older child so consequently 20 odd 8,9,10 year olds jumping round would not of been safe for my grandchildren ... we asked the lady why we were not informed she said because it was booked on line and not private ... she knew the party was happening she knew how small my grandchildren were .. she knew how many children were coming ... I would of liked to have been given the option to choose whether we would be ok with that ...I pointed this out and told her it was impossible to stay .. no apologies no refund ... safe to say I wonтАЩt be going back

No hot food for my other child that wasn't at the party. Jump inc is way better and a nicer place to sit & watch. Both kids prefer Jump inc.

What a fab time we've had celebrating our daughters birthday at tramp2lean Sheffield!! When your child has additional needs booking a party is always a concern for numerous reasons, but with the care and attention to detail we received from the staff I had no need to worry. We booked the exclusive party which meant it was just our little girl and her friends on the trampolines plus a visit from Spider-Man я┐╜. Of the 20 kids at the party there was 8 with additional needs, our daughter included. I can't fault the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The music was turned down to accommodate those who struggle with noise, staff took those who were unsure onto the trampolines and stayed with them till they were happy and for one of her friends who's visually impaired they made sure she got on safely and knew where the steps were so she could access the area independently. All areas were clean, bright and colourful with plenty of room for parents to sit and watch whilst the kids had fun. The party room was laid out ready for food to be served. We catered for her party but with McDonald's over the road it would be easy enough to collect food to bring in. Again the area was very clean with ample room for all the kids. I can't thank the staff enough, we've already got our next trip booked!! I'd be happy to recommend this little gem to anyone, it's great and would certainly support tramp2lean with future plans. What a brill time we've just had celebrating our sons Birthday Party. The staff were really helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. I know there's been comments on here about it being cold, but there was heating in the party room and there wasn't any problem with it being cold. A real plus was having the venue just for the party, safe keeping an eye on all the kids я┐╜ I would recommend the party We've had a great time Thank you staff for all your hard work я┐╜

We had our little boys 6th birthday party here in this red hot weather and the staff where incredible!!! Cold juice stored in the fridge on tap whenever the kiddies wanted ! Was so organised from start to finish the staff where lovely was really enjoyed by all Thankyou so much guys see u again soon!!!!

We had my daughters birthday here and it was great! Fab venue for a party - good size so you can see everyone and a great viewing area for the grown ups! We also used the party room which was a great option! Very friendly, attentive, helpful staff! And great value! Highly recommended! Thank you Tramp2lean!!

Wasn't really what I expected (is only really small, not much to it) but for the price you can't really go wrong (┬г4 for me and my 3 year old) there was only us and a few other people in which is better really for us, the music isn't to loud etc ( that's what my daughter HATES about JUMP INC ) it could do with better cleaning the toilets are vile я┐╜

Visited today for the first time. The atmosphere was relaxed and the kids were able to have fun and be kids. The two staff members were brill, really helpful and friendly. Very good value for money too. The comparison to Jump is unnecessary as tramp2lean is completely different and much better for my 3 year old. I would feel more than comfortable doing a fitness class here too and reckon it'd be a good laugh :)

Thank you for an amazing party! The kids have had an amazing time and the birthday girl had a blast. The staff were really friendly and the kids absolutely loved Spider-Man. We had a party at jump last year and much preferred this one. Much safer having the place to yourselves. Highly recommended.

Our little girl and her friends had a fantastic time at her party yesterday. The staff were fab! really helpful, great with the kids, and they work really really hard. It was nice we could play our own music and that the adults had a calm place to sit where they could see the trampolines below. The only suggestion I have (and it is a suggestion, not a criticism) would be to have a turnaround time between the last session and the next party where the place is totally emptied for 10 minutes or so to give the staff a chance to have a bit of a breather and so it's not so crowded. Also maybe a sign on the main door saying "party in progress" so people don't start arriving half an hour into the party for their session.

My son hasn't stopped talking about his party and how excited he was to be going trampolining and it didn't disappoint! He had a brilliant time and all the staff were friendly and entertaining, couldn't recommend this place more, great value for money! We will definitely be returning!!

I went to the class this morning with my little boy is 2. The staff were really friendly and helpful and showed us where my little boy would be whilst I was doing the class. The staff were great with the children and my son and I had a great time! I could see my son whilst I was doing the class and could have left the class at anytime and go upstairs to get him if he was upset or needed me. I will be back next Thursday! Thank you so much x can't recommend this place enough!

Had my son's 3rd birthday party here today.

Was perfect for the age group the kiddies all loved it. The staff couldnt do enough for us. Was a lil chilly but soon warmed us up jumping around. Would highly recommend if your looking for a toddlers birthday party.

Had my daughter's 5th Birthday party today and it was fantastic! All the kids loved it! Temperature spot on for parents viewing, service fab, girls helpful! Couldn't have asked for more! They all had a brill time! Thank you x

I had my daughters 6th Birthday Party here and we had a fab time. I was unsure whether the party would be able to go ahead due to the recent weather conditions and the company was great saying I could change to another day if need be! Fortunately for us the weather settled and we was able to attend the party with 15 of my daughters friends, having the whole place to ourselves was great and the party room and upstairs area was brilliant too. The only negative I have was it was very cold inside for the parents who were viewing from upstairs and the party room was cold too but it didn't spoil our fun. Thank you to the staff who were very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend having a party here it's great for all ages я┐╜

Was very quiet so kids had free run and the lovely lady working was very friendly and helpful but would not recommend going at this time of year the place was freezing all kids were bouncing away but yet the building was that Cold so were the kids.. not to mention the adults.. sure itтАЩs better in warmer weather. Defo more suited for younger children too.

I don't normally write reviews especially negative ones but tonight was terrible. We went to the Special Needs session, listed as 5-6pm it's not our first visit and as a rule it's been okay though on another occasion we've had to deal with a party over running. Tonight we arrived and found a party had been booked for 5.30 half way through the Special needs session. This meant we had 20 minutes for my girl to bounce. The girls working there did their best to help and were apologetic and didn't charge us. But my girl who has autism and anxiety was trying to bounce while lots of people were arriving for the party, the noise was getting worse, I was having to tell other children they couldn't go on yet, causing me stress, she was rushed and upset by the change and the growing amount of children gathering. Then when we left to get off, she was rushed by all the children to get on, which for an autistic child is a nightmare, she left extremely distressed, and is still extremely upset and hiding under her bed refusing to come out. We were given a token for a free visit and really appreciate the help from the girls working but this is disgusting and needs to change. Either commit to then SEN session and understand the terrible impact on the children it can have if you do this to them or cancel the session and don't harm another child this way. I've given 2 stars for the girls who tried to help and previous visits but honestly tonight was terrible and I'm going to be spending days dealing with the impact it's had on my little girl.

Having been today with my 11 month 2yr and 3yr old grandchildren I was told there was a party in progress and would be ok to go in in 15 min when it was finished .. which was fair enough .. in we went after paying 5pound for each child for only another party to start.. the lady in charge never mentioned this party .. it was impossible to stay with toddlers as the party was for an older child so consequently 20 odd 8,9,10 year olds jumping round would not of been safe for my grandchildren ... we asked the lady why we were not informed she said because it was booked on line and not private ... she knew the party was happening she knew how small my grandchildren were .. she knew how many children were coming ... I would of liked to have been given the option to choose whether we would be ok with that ...I pointed this out and told her it was impossible to stay .. no apologies no refund ... safe to say I wonтАЩt be going back

It was freezing in there, hot drinks are vile and taste like dish water

No hot food for my other child that wasn't at the party. Jump inc is way better and a nicer place to sit & watch. Both kids prefer Jump inc.

Not at all worth ┬г6 for 1 hour plus socks.

Socks were included in party package at jump inc too.
