🐶 Moving the pet department back to the front of the store is going just as planned! 🐶
Tomorrow we’ll have the rest of the enclosures back inside and then we’ll be bringing all of the foods, bedding, toys, accessories, etc. in!
Thank you for your patience during this time, and if anything is out of place or you can’t find something just ask a member of staff and they’ll be more than happy to assist you! ☺️

Progress on bringing the whole of the aquatics department back inside together is coming along nicely!
Next week we will begin bringing the pet department back to the front of the shop!
We hope everyone’s as excited as we are about this because the store is going to be the best it’s ever been once it’s finished!

Due to customer feedback and demand we are (1) moving the pet department back inside at the front of the building, (2) moving the whole of the aquatics and reptiles departments back inside, and (3) bringing back the kids entertainment area with the go-karts, rides, etc!
We will commence work on this starting next week and it should all be completed within 6-8 weeks, ready for Winter!
... This is a big remodelling of the store so will take time, and your patience during this process will be hugely appreciated, but we think it’s definitely worth it in order to improve the experience our customers have in-store!
The store is going to be the best it’s ever been, just you wait!
