POLITE NOTICE TO ALL OUR LOVELY CLIENTS🎅🏻🎄🎁
As you can appreciate during the festive period, we are very busy & do not have any free time between appointments.
Therefore we ask that you give yourself extra travelling / parking time for your appointments throughout December. Bad weather, extra traffic & busy car parks can all cause delays.
... As much as we want to ensure that all your Christmas & New Year treatments are carried out, we cannot guarantee this if you are late.
It has also been necessary to take non- refundable deposits due to being let down by last minute cancellations & no shows in the past.
I hope you can understand that we are a small business & our staff work hard and deserve to be paid for working extra long hours and sacrificing their own social time.
We also ask that children are not brought into the salon due to Health & Safety reasons. It’s very busy and there isn’t much space. Also clients come to relax & socialise in an adult environment.
Finally, please be reminded that payment is by cash only. We ask that to save time, you bring cash along to your appointment. ATM cash machines usually have long queues & run low at this time of year.
