Craig Will be Available for 1 on 1 sessions again from March or Small group training sessions 4 players for 1 hour £20 . 1 on 1 sessions from £8 and, 2 Players for 1 hour £10. For kids , Women or Men looking to sharpen up fitness or skills. Message for details

Looking at doing sessions through the summer holidays ...... new Llysfaen ladies team starts tomorrow evening 6-7 everyone welcome

Due to new work commitments I have had to not run classes but will be running new classes evenings soon as well as running a free ladies session for beginners on Thursdays 6-7 up at the banana pitch Llysfaen LL29 9HP sorry for any inconvenience

Just a reminder this Saturday I am putting on the session that was cancelled on the 10th if everyone still wants to do it

WHO IS IT FOR ? anybody who wants to give it a go from ages 5 up wards to Adult beginners ,Obviously we will not mix the Adults and Kids together, Unless asked for.
1 to 1 sessions will be available from 1st weekend in March at £10 per hour.
FAB 4's will continue once a month but hoping to start to do 1 every 2 weeks from March and will stay at £5 per person
New equipment has been ordered for this session and so we will be trialing new things during this session ,so new ladder and hurdles
New Pictures should be going up of the session and possibly video .
