I can't comment on the quality of treatment for people with their own teeth but, in my personal experience, the quality and provision of full dentures was dreadful. Normally the procedure would take perhaps four visits but in my case it took almost 9 months and even then the dentures I left with have made life a misery for almost two years and cost almost £600. I accepted the final set only because the dentist told me he could do no better and that implants were the only alternative. Since he is the expert and because I couldn't afford to go elsewhere I put up with it but how I wish I'd known how that first visit would turn out.
