2Let2 - Cardiff Letting Agents

I found 2let2 online originally while searching for reputable letting agents. After my initial meeting I realised they deserved their reputation entirely. The process from viewing properties to signing the contract was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend 2let2.

Recommend 2let2 as good letting agents. Always available if I have a question or run into any issues - our boiler packed up, I rang their emergency number and they sent the plumber round within the hour. Really good agency

The staff at 2let2 were helpful in finding this year's house share. They were friendly and approachable. I would recommend if you’re looking to rent in Cardiff. Our house is in Roath and it’s really nice - we’re pretty happy with it.

Been a tenant of 2let2 for the past year but will be signing up to my second year with them. Service is always with a smile and they have a good range of properties. I have to admit that originally I wasn't entirely sure what kind of property I was looking for but they invited me into the office where I sat down with one of the team and had a quick discussion. I was also offered a coffee (always a bonus!) and I came out with a few options. I chose one the next day and I was moved in with a week or so. I'm hoping for a similar experience with my second year. Thanks to the team and 2let2 as a whole

Rooms were nearly a month late to be ready for moving in, insulation doesn't exist, furniture is falling apart, the walls are intrinsically rotten. Back gate consisted of a couple of planks barely held together by a couple of old rusty nails till we fixed it ourselves at personal cost.

Could do better. Should do better.

Edit: Now we have moved out and left the house clean and in better condition than when we moved in, we are still waiting 3 months later for our deposits. These guys are crooks.
