North Devon Property Development: We have completed this model by installing the 75 plots of phase two of this development. With a height difference of almost 20 metres across the site, our model displays architectural features such as retaining walls, underbuild and tanking. This conveys the finished site to potential customers in the easiest possible way.

This model is the second one to go to a large development in Wiltshire, which is selling fast. The model shows the 56 plots of this phase, ranging from stylish two bedroom apartments to magnificent five bedroom executive homes.

The addition of the exclusive fourth phase has now complete this 1:250 scale model of a residential development, on the edge of the Cotswold Water Park. We created this marketing model with interchangeable sections, allowing each new phase of the housing development model to be built in the studio and taken to site for installation. Gloucestershire Housing Development Model: We recently built this model of a 110 plot housing development of 3 and 4 bedroom properties located in the Cotswolds. Our models are constructed from a combination of CNC laser cut and hand crafted materials, brought together by our expert model makers.

Riverside walk development: After 5 years, and 4 updates, one of our largest models yet has now been completed. The houses and apartments have all been created out of laser cut acrylic, carefully drawn up by our model makers. This contoured, riverside development has had 121 plots added and is located close to Swansea city centre.

Laser Engraved Garden Art This is what can be achieved with a piece of slate, our laser cutters and a bit of creativity. Any monochromatic image can be laser engraved into slate for a superb finish.

1:150 Laser Cut Lakeside Development Model: This exclusive 9 plot development is located in the picturesque village of South Cerney on the edge of the Cotswold Water Park. Each plot comes with a jetty with generous views of the lake, these unique homes feature asymmetric roofs and timber clad walls. Excluding the landscaping this model was entirely laser cut from acrylic, this allows the homes to be lit by LEDs. Thin plywood was used for the timber cladding and a door mat was used to create the reed bed.

Another week…
Another week, another model from 360 models. This model features 3 to 5 bedroom properties, it’s just one phase of a large development that will see us build a lot of models for a very busy client.

Recently we crafted these solid ash blocks to be used by Architects Hyde + Hyde to demonstrate how the massing relationship of their design worked with its surroundings. With the simplicity of the blocks and quality timber a high level of precision is a necessity.

Time for expansion?
Plans to expand towns and cities including Norwich, Northampton, Oxford and Rugby won David Rudlin the £250,000 Wolfson economics prize this week. With the aim to solve Britain's housing crisis, Rudlin proposes 86,000 new homes for around 150,000 people in up to 40 towns. One in five homes would be classed as affordable housing in the circle-shaped developments, connected to existing city centres by rapid and frequent public transport.
Rudlin says that Britain needs to ‘take a confident bite out of the greenbelt’, but creating the garden cities has ‘potential to make a significant contribution to meeting our housing needs as well as creating places that are attractive and popular, and that fulfil their economic potential.”

: Close to the Devon coast and not far from the Cornwall border, this marketing model has now been completed. The final model with 65 plots of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses added for the third phase, highlights the large grass areas available for the residents around the development.

Two Part Marketing Model: It was recently time for one of our largest marketing models to be updated to represent the latest phase of development to its site. This housing development of 189 houses, is spread over a sizeable area, surrounded by green space. Due to size, the model was split into two parts, making it more suitable for delivery.
The housing development in Exeter consists of a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties, with exteriors that gracefully capture the essence of classic English style and embody a unification of modern and tradition.
