Speak as you find , service very good. Bought from Richard in Cross Hands & have also dealt with the guys in Carmarthen for warranty & service. Will definately go back should i need to upgrade or buy again in the future.

Having dealt with Stefan at Carmarthen many times,and with Richard at Cross Hands,We have found all the Staff excellent to deal with.You have plenty of time to decide,they are always happy to answer any queries You may have.They will even hold certain Motorhome or Caravan for You until You are able to call in. Any problems which You may encounter under Warranty are promptly and efficiently dealt with by Meirion James.During the Last 30 yrs,they have served Us well.

Don't go there! You'll be seduced by a beautiful 'van or motorhome (like us)! If you drive off into the sunset with no problems, that's fine, BUT we had a brand new motorhome which let in water, and then, after 1000 miles of motoring, discovered 3A's hadn't registered or taxed it! (Really) Customer service just doesn't happen with this lot! They didn't keep us informed, didn't answer emails; we never found out why the vehicle let in water, and they blamed the DVLA. We missed weeks of holidays, after shelling out for an expensive vehicle. No apology, no compensation, nothing.
