Absolutely disgusting service. We had a funeral and ordered a wreath from this florist. On the day of the funeral the wreath was missing. Absolutely nowhere to be seen. There was no contact or explanation as to where the flowers were. When we got in touch with them after the funeral we were told the "van had broken down". This is not a good enough reason not to get a wreath to a funeral. Does no one have a car at this florist!!!! A bunch of flowers arrived at our house the following day as an apology!!!! No apology is good enough for not getting a wreath to a funeral. Its the final goodbye and they should make sure that the flowers arrive!!! If they cannot do it they should have phoned another florist to sort it out for them!!! I have given one star because I cannot post this with no stars. If I could I would
