“Your not a number - your a free man”
The 6th trail is set in the magical village of Portmeirion, in North Wales, It’s a new trail race on the calendar and its unlike any other, in an very iconic location. Dont miss the exclusive access to run within the "Gwyllt" trails by registering for the event in April 2017.
It will be a limited to number of athletes to run on the trails as we, as organisers, need to respect the environment and nature with the Gwyllt and working very closely with Portmeirion village and the ground staff.
Portmeirion is a popular tourist village in Gwynedd, North Wales. It was designed and built by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis between 1925 and 1975 in the style of an Italian village and is now owned by a charitable trust.
Portmeirion has served as the location for numerous films and television shows, most famously serving as The Village in the 1960s television show The Prisoner.
Being on a Saturday, we also hope that may runners and families will stay on for the weekend in one of the accommodation providers in the area or wy not treat yourself with a Stay in Portmeirion itself. Offers and discounts are available.
