We supply a range of plant hire options for both private and commercial | & agricultural clients. From 360 excavator hire from 6 to 22. 5 tonne, site dumper and roller hire plus tractor & dump trailers.
Although based in West Wales, A Harden & Sons provide a nationwide service carrying out groundwork /agricultural contracts from Devon right up to northern Scotland.
We operate Steelwrist Technology excavators which provide improved efficiency over standard excavators and reduce ground labour. The machines can provide precision accuracy with speed to ensure projects are kept moving on time.
We can supply excavators with operators for contracts including earth moving and site clearance, landscaping and reinstating to clean up after other contractors and also provide a complete construction service including site setting out, building works and supply qualified tradesmen.

Busy times here recently. From tidying up and re grading yards to, clearing gardens and building ponds, breaking out and excavation of old driveway installation of aco drains and preparation for concrete and on hire to new client this week assisting them in building a sports pitch.
Another project completed this week for a local customer that consisted of breaking out an old concrete slab from rear of farmhouse, regrading levels, resetting manhole covers, hauling away of broken out material and pouring new concrete slab.
Very Busy times here. If its not busy away from home with a very good regular customer of ours. Its busy back in Pembrokeshire where our new mini excavator is helping us get through all our local smaller projects. Here are some pictures of a recent project just finished for local customer. As our mini excavator is able to contract is tracks to 1 metre wide we managed to gain access to back of property using the footpath. A section of land next to their main garden was too ro...ugh and steep to use. After moving some earth banks, cutting and filling with the clay and sub soil we achieved a level area that will be used for lawn area and vegetable garden. We have been busy with new mini excavator clearing a site,reducing levels and getting type 1 sub base spread for a local customer who is starting renovation works on his property.
Here is the latest edition to the fleet. Now able to undertake the smallest of projects in Pembrokeshire Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. At just under 2 tons and being able to narrow widen its tracks access into garden gates and foot paths is made easy. Also size and weight means trailer towable and enables us to reach anywhere in Pembrokeshire,carmarthenshire or ceredigion in good time. This machine is also available with a selection of attachments such as tilting buckets, Concrete Breaker, flail mower, land rakes and much more.
