A & S Tyres

I'm not normally one to leave feedback but in this case I felt I had to. I've been using A&S tyres for years and have been really happy with their work and friendly approach when you visit. They are always happy to help and doubt that will change anytime soon.

Today though they took this up a notch. Through no fault of theirs or mine there was a mis-communication over some work that was being done. They carried the work out and finished long before their estimate. I wont go into details but when I picked up the car I was pleasantly surprised by their actions and made me a very happy customer. What they did today is the reason I come back and will continue to come back.
Thank you for being an amazing garage and thank you for looking after your customers.

Great service called in to get two new front tyres then told they are still legal for another thousand mile yet ,a lot of garages would have just taken your money, great

Phoned this morning about 9ish with a flat tyre. Had a brand new one on within 2hrs of a call out to the house very happy with the quick response and service thank you guys

Posting on here now as they decided to delete my review off their own Facebook page! Just goes to show! Shocking customer service, tyres were over 10 years old, one had a hole in and one had wire showing and letting my family member drive away with dangerous tyres! You should be closed down! Men were overhead saying they were going to put it back on another car!! Mocking and laughing at us. Disgusting men. Shouldn’t even be open. So unprofessional. Shocking!!

Fantastic service and top guys across each of their areas. Called in a couple of times now; Firstly for tyres, where despite being busy they sorted out a problem i had in time to get me away on holiday with the car, couldn't thank them enough. Secondly to have a cosmetic mod done on the exhaust, which was brilliant. Will be having my service and MOT done next month too. Thanks A&S team.

Just picked my car up from A+S briton Ferry once again outstanding customer service,work done on the car done in the time scale that was promised,best price by far.
Always happy with the work and now theres a cafe there too just sitting and waiting for the car to be done is a great experience. Well done A+S clearly a well run family business.

Always good prices and cheaper than most I believe quality of service and quantity of customers have made this business. Keep prices low to maintain high customer numbers. Service is untouchable same staff there for years so you know what you're getting. Staff morale is high so are well looked after same as the customers.

Been to A&S Tyres three times now,I've had tyres replaced,Brake pads done and recently a Full Service,Tracking and Tyres replaced again.

Everytime I've been the service has been amazing,They give You a courtesy call before Your service and a call when it's done.

As a female i've always felt intimidated walking into any car garage, but I was met by friendly staff who were very willing to help me with my tyres. I also asked them with help in regards to repairs on my car as I wanted to know a rough price. I was surprised when they told me that they couldn't give me a rough price and asked for my registration so they could price everything exactly and also explained the break down of what they would have to do and why it would cost what I was quoted.

Reccomended to a friend and went there for tyres and asked about MOT only to get told it needed new exhaust and couldnt believe we hadnt heard how loud it was. At a cost of 600 declined work and informed them i am mechanic and will check for myself. They then managed to repair for 20. Safe to say wont go there again

Amazing service. My vehicle had a blow out as I was on my way to cater for a buffet. Shane came out and replaced my tyre and I was on my way within the hour. Another great response from the team at A&S! Briton Ferry depot, Swansea depot or the mobile van always have my vote over any other garage.
