A Space In The City

The location was brilliant.
Apartment was very clean and tidy
Secure Parking on site was well worth paying a little extra for.

Staff were great in dealing with us on our arrival as well as totally helpful on our needs, apartment was spotless, the cleaning crew were very good and polite at all times and on a scale of 1 - 10 I would give our stay 11 out of 12.

Good morning, sorry for the delay. But the truth is that everything was very good, we were comfortable and quiet. The area was nice as we were only a short distance from the center. And the apartment clean and in good condition.

We are French and we are lucky to speak English. But what about people from other countries who do not speak English. Everything about the apartment was written in English... only !
Some more saucepans and kitchen equipment would have been welcome.
The double beds are too small and not comfortable.
What about putting some thicker curtains so that the bedrooms are darker in the night !
Everything else was really great !

We enjoyed our stay however there were a couple of issues with the apartment
- the shower door in the ensuite is dangerous as it comes off its rail very easily and is very heavy.
- I would not expect five out of six dining chairs to have duck tap holding the seat together in an exclusive apartment.
- blinds in bedrooms are not effective at blocking out light.
Location is very good for those who are fit and active, as we are, but better directions into the city could be provided.
We enjoyed our stay but would describe the apartment as slightly better than basic.

Second time staying at the quayside. Not worth the money spent really. Toilet wouldn't flush would take several attempts. The pillows were not clean ( not the cases but the pillows themselves )
I stayed a week and had a clean inbetween I expected my sheets to be changed but no clean sheets? My bottom sheet was dirty on my arrival, And no cleaning was visiblly done just made a bed and replaced towels?
The wardrobe was broken and wouldn't close and to top it off the hot water would go and I'd have to wait til the next day as the booster was selective and didn't always work.

Great location but not so great accommodation

Booked into Century city for a few days during the RWC 2015. Lovely apartment .. but..

arrived a little early for check in so when we were asked to return an hour later, it was expected. However on our return, the apartment was still not ready as the previous occupier checked out late. why wad this not made known to us earlier?
Although confirmation was given that all apartments do have hairdryers, ours did not. A call to the night manager also did not solve the problem that evening but were told it would be rectified the next day. Needless to say, when we returned from a day trip, the hair dryer was still not there. Another call to the night manager and this time it was delivered.
The same evening, the fire alarm in our apartment was set off, not once but 3 times about a half an hour apart, after midnight. Once again a call to the night manager who informed us that it was faulty and had now been turned off at concierge.
Very odd indeed.

Doubt if I would ever make use of the service again

We were upgraded to a newer complex located at Ocean Reach right on the bay. Fantastic spot that was only a 25 minute walk from the city centre.
Really added to the weekend of being at the rugby world cup.
Would highly recommend!
