Fantastic service!! Thank you sooo much for all your help last Friday! The removal team were very efficient polite and extremely helpful!! They made our very stressful day quite easy!! We will definitely be in touch for our next move in 6 months time!!.
Worst removal co. ever. they put 20 dents on walls & scraped wallpaper everywhere, but didnt take responsibility for any of them. Also broke a few vases and denied that too. Only gave me shoe-sized boxes even though I paid for full service, and then asked me if I had big boxes during removal since big items didn't fit. Didnt even bring wheeled dolly to remove appliances! Staff were constantly blaming each other for bad packing/management. They forgot all the wardrobe contents, among other things and blamed me for not double and triple checking their work. Wouldn't come pick up what they forgot either.I felt like I was babysitting them all along.
