Sports & holistic massage therapist. I work with private clients of all age groups in the comfort of their own home & adapt treatments to individuals.

There is nothing like a massage in the comfort of your own home or workplace. I provide my own couch and towels and just require a warm room, away from noise and distractions, to allow you to get the most from your treatment. Clients are asked not to eat a large meal beforehand and are encouraged to relax afterwards. During the first visit, I will spend about 15 minutes conducting a consultation to assess current levels of physical and mental well-being. This is free of charge and outside the time of your treatment. I am available for appointments, Monday to Friday.
