The Courtyard Cafe in Wrexham Museum is a fantastic place & their entry for this year's 'Year Of Discovery' Food Challenge looks & sounds equally fantastic! The first part of our cunning plan - we're having a 'lock-in' (or should that be a 'choc-in'?😂😂) at the end of February! We want to invite some of our amazing customers to join us at The Cocoa Rooms, have a brew, taste some of our new products or flavours and give us some feedback. Who's interested?

I'm just coming out of my little January hibernation, and planning our year. We've got a couple of new ideas that will give some of you the chance to get more involved. We're also going to carry on with our special fund-raising printed bars. The original 5 prints will carry on until April, then we'll change to a new set. Back to work this week. Our hours will be a little random this month as I'll be out-and-about a lot more over the next few weeks. Plotting some new products. And, we're hoping to finally get our Etsy page up-and-running.

Last day before we close up for our Christmas break! We're open until 3pm today. If you're looking for a little extra chocolatey gift, then we've got chocolate pizzas & CDs, truffles, picture bars, and a small selection of our vegan truffles.

Did you know that we do vegan truffles? We normally make them to order, but as we have a few regular Christmas orders for them, I make a few extra. This year we've got: Champagne & Vanilla, Rum, Chilli Ginger & Lime, Espresso, Alpine Gin & Mint.

Oh happy day: we chanced upon Jo and her amazing truffles today, had a lovely chat and now have 15 little pieces of chocolate deliciousness waiting to be savoured. I love chocolate and am something of a fussy chocolate eater: Aballu truffles are simply amazing, packed with authentic flavours and delicious. I’m a fan. �

I was lucky enough to get some of Jo’s chocolates as a Christmas present last year. They were amazing, not only the fabulous taste but the presentation of the packaging. Very high class - well done Jo. Sue on Anglesey.
