Very friendly staff and made our options very easy

I drove an hour and a half to Aberdare Ford as it had the exact specification of car I wanted at a low price. On arrival it turned out they'd made a mistake in the description online, despite the fact I had phoned about 3 times to check! The staff were nice and apologetic, although haggling was made difficult as all offers had to go through the manager, Graham. I asked to speak to him directly and was told this wasn't possible as he doesn't work weekends. We then agreed a price and 5 minutes later I met Graham which made me feel like they were taking the mickey. The staff were very helpful after the deal by giving me a lift to drop off my hire car.
