Aberdare Park

Great little track . You don't have to wait ages for racers to come around . Very exciting .the park itself is great for children also

Very nice park with a nice little cafe. A play area for children. And a nice lake with peddle boats .

Lovely place but toilets are a bit manky but overall worth a visit.

Lovely large park with a shop/cafe, toilets, a lake with boats and lots of different swings/slides/climbing frames for the kids. Lots of greenery for a nice walk too.

Really nice park, land, lake, boats, and children's areas. I enjoyed this park and so did our 3 children.

Good basic spacious park. Council are trying to invest to keep up what must have been an amazing park in its hay day. There are pedelos on the boating lake/duck pond, some competent seasonal floral displays and a nice collection of tree species. In the summer there is a small cafe with outside tables. There is fairly good access for wheelchairs and buggies, and for kids there's a pretty safe and invested playground. Toilets are not especially good, and the lido for toddlers has been closed for some years.
TIP - Bring something to sit on/waterproof if you sit on the grass/picnic, the grass is very mossy and even in summer is quite damp😀
Still worth a visit!

Great outdoor space. Beautiful scenery, great track to walk around, ducks and geese on pond too.

Fantastic fun for all the family. I can't wait for the summer!

Such a wonderful park to enjoy in every season. Easy to access location with nearby street parking. Plenty of events held there in the summer. The playground is awesome for children and enthusiastic adults. Highly recommended.
