Aberletting

I am currently renting a 1 bedroom flat and it is perfect for me and my boyfriend. Aberletting are fantastic in terms of sorting out any problems or questions we have, we highly recommend them!

Quality. The only way to describe the flat we rented but also the service and help given my Aber Lettings. Nothing was too much trouble for Sion and Charlotte. Anything from helping to work out bills to advise on running of the flat and everything in between.
Arriving to a brand new kitchen and bathroom was also a lovely surprise.
It can be daunting renting as a student, but whether it be a student or professional person, I would not hesitate to go straight Aber Lettings. Thank you for making this year such an easy ride when it came to renting, we were truly very sad to leave!

Attentive landlords and superior to the other agencies I have used in Aberystwyth. They looked after us well having fitted a brand new kitchen prior to our move in date. The flat was, to quote, "the best student flat in Aberystwyth" and was everything we could have hoped for and more. Below was the view from the garden which is clearly stunning.

Fantastic place to live. Living on North Parade has been extremely useful as its very central in Aber and close to the university. Have lived here for 2 years now, the apartment itself is very spacious and they even renovated the kitchen & bathroom after the first year. Really great landlords, couldn't recommend Aberletting more.

As a young person moving out of the family home I wasn't sure on quite a lot of matters regarding renting a property. Aberletting are an extremely accommodating company. My partner and I are currently living in a one bedroom flat on North Parade and I can confidently say that it is one of the best flat complexes in Aberystwyth. The team are always on hand to help with any problems from utility bills to general enquiries. I would highly recommend Aberletting to anyone in the Aberystwyth area.
