The Momentwm Course of 9 Saturday Schools beginning 10th October 2015.

The Aberystwyth Academy of Christian Discipleship is pleased to be able to offer another Momentwm course corresponding with the academic year and beginning in October 2014. It will continue in the established form of nine Saturday schools from 10. 00am - 4. 00pm on the second Saturday of each month. In the first session Peter Phipps will be teaching an ‘Overview of the Pauline letters’. The second session, ‘We believe’, helps us to be more confident in our faith, as we examine the reason and historical foundation behind our core beliefs. Rev. Dr David Ceri Jones will lead us through ‘The lives of the saints: warts and all’. This will take a biographical approach, looking at the lives of key figures in the church, but will use this as a basis for discussions of wider importance. The final session will cover ‘How to do it, ’ by aiming to learn how to put the Christian message and action together. This course builds on previous teaching but can be taken as a stand-alone course, with no previous attendance required. The subsidised price for the whole course is still only £40, but free of charge to church officials like wardens, treasurers and secretaries. Please email office@stmikes.net for further details.
