The gents that came to move my daughters furniture on 2 separate occasions were very helpful but found the office staff to be lacking a little in Customer Service.

I asked if there was any one that could possibly help load a couple of items on to a van as someone was collecting on my behalf and was told that the lady who answered the phone would do it but when they got there she stood there with a clipboard in hand and just watched.

My daughters mattress has also arrived back to her with a rip in it.

Excellent, friendly and very helpful service from start to finish of our move from Wiltshire to Gwynedd. Not one piece of furniture was damaged. Every item was carefully wrapped and loaded and unloaded. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the very friendly staff. Their attitude was 100% 'Can do' not 'Can't do'. Thoroughly recommend without hesitation. A first class company with which to do business with. Excellent customer service in all areas.
