Now based at the DW Fitness Club, Bangor. Membership not required.

"My aim is to help my clients understand the vital importance of healthy living, and then provide the help, advice and motivation to live that lifestyle! I encourage clients to value changes, big or small, which can be made in their lives, enabling them to achieve their goals. My clients will feel positive and motivated, and want to continue eating healthily and exercising regularly, even after my sessions with them are concluded. This is what continually gives me the greatest satisfaction. "

At a time when the world is full of scared and angry people fighting in supermarkets whilst selfishly, and unnecessarily, grabbing food and toilet rolls, it is so nice to be surprised by a bit of kindness.
While, sadly, all of my community classes close down, I have just received two cheques in today's post from two of my lovely and elderly customers. They both express their sorrow at losing their community exercise class and their concern about the fact that teaching classes and Personal Training is my sole income. Β£70 will go a long way as my income rapidly drops, and their generosity has brought tears to my eyes. xx
