Supplier of home made water kefir and other products aimed to help with optimal absorption of nutrients. Water kefir is a natural probiotic drink (up to 15 strains of bacteria can be found in water kefir) that is a great, healthy and low in sugar alternative to sugary drinks or alcohol or as part of a program to improve skin and lungs health. No allergens, vegan, great for children, it has a lovely fizz and gives you a boost. All of this is due to the fact that the grains are fermented with sugary water, dried fruits and lemon. It is also high in B12 It is nice to mix with fresh fruit juice too! I love it with grapefruit for instance! I currently make x4 different flavours: Original, Peppermint, ginger and blackcurrant.
