Part 3 to keep you going at home! These new videos are allowing us to take a much closer look at some core elements than we've been able to in previous videos. All we needed was a pandemic to get back to lesson videos!

Confirmation from our training hall that they’ve shut down.

We said our session earlier this week was almost certainly the last for a while and to treat it that way. We have just had confirmation that our locations are shut until further notice as expected.
We have not heard any news from Chepstow regarding the sparring event, but it would be wise to assume it will go the same way.
We will continue to produce YT videos from home as best we can. As soon as normal training can resume, you will be the first to know.

With the current state of the world, it could be a while before we get much more sparring footage, but we still have a couple left in reserve, and we'll do our best to get info, review and lesson videos up to keep you going in these difficult times.
